Great location and perfect view! Owner was great with communication! We even were able to check in early as they let us know immediately once our room was ready!

This was a good spot for our beach get away! The home was very clean and comfortable. Make sure your arm muscles are ready, because it is hard to open the sliding door. We really enjoyed all of the amenities that came with the condo.

We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect- clean- and such an amazing beach view! Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks so much for everything and I look forward to renting from you again!

Awesome location on the property. My 3rd year at Edgewater and staying in Tower 1 is now my definite choice. The Lagoon pool is immediately outside the building along with beach access. The connecting bridge to the convention center is right next door. Easy to trot back and forth (don’t need the trams) to the convention center for my dancer’s week long competition. Took less than 10 minutes to go back and forth with my hands full each time.

We had a very good time. Condo was nice. Just two things was wrong with it. Number one. The door to the patio would not shut all the way and it was real heavy. Couldn’t hardly open and closing and only two wash rags per bathroom other than that, highly recommend this condo we will be coming back.

My family stayed here for a week. The condo was as advertised. It was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The balcony view is amazing! Large pool and beach are close and convenient. Overall it was a great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Condo. Great location and nice property. Nice pool area and beach access. Could use some updates to appliances and furniture. Would definitely stay again and recommend for family vacations.

We love this condo! It’s a wonderful value, location, and our favorite resort at PCB. This is our second time to rent this unit. I’m sure we will rent again in the future. I highly recommend renting this unit!

Positive: Great location, great views. Nice size condo, clean, beds super comfy. Loved garden tub and closet space. Washer&dryer a plus. Restaurant on property a plus (food is good and not expensive) Starbucks on property is wonderful! The pool is my favorite! Huge!Negative:Dryer didn’t dry. Our Speaker and lap top came up missing from unit. Dryer never repaired. 2 butter knives. Carpeting in bedrooms, filthy. Pool so crowded and not enough chairs or umbrellas. Delayed us 1 1/2 hrs to check in. One elevator working. Could not find a luggage cart. 7 wrist bands in unit when we arrived, which we never used but we were charged 9 for missing ones! Overall I love the Edgewater. The assistant to the owner-very kind. Parking is easy. Unit was good over all. My granddaughter, husband and I enjoyed it.
