This location is hard to beat, as it sits just between everything this city has to offer. For a quiet day of exploring, take the quick trip to Camp Helen State Park and rent a kayak for the day or simply hike along the scenic trails. On your way back, stop in the adorable town of Carillon and grab some local seafood. If you are up for a bit more action, Pier Park is just seven miles up the coast where you can spend the day shopping and sightseeing. For a little family fun, bring the whole gang to Gulf World for spectacular dolphin shows and aquariums!

Spring break stay

A couple things were not as the description listed, & we had a couple issues that were resolved. There was some confusion prior to the trip about where we were staying so we may have had some erroneous info. But we had a lovely time. I will say, there could be some attention paid to the lightbulbs. They were ALL high-powered LED. Made for a pretty stark environment. But may I just say how lovely it was to have access to a private beach!

Anniversary trip

This property was very clean even for my picky wife. The condo was very nicely furnished and updated. Location was great with easy access to the beach and pool. However if you are looking for that place that has all the touches of home this is probably not the place for you.There are no extras. No blankets to cuddle up on the couch. No games or books to read. And the kitchen has only the very basics. Was told by management that we had to buy our own pizza pan and a spatulas to cook with as they only provide "basic" items like pans. We enjoyed our stay but were looking for something a little more homy. It would be great for those just needing a place sleep that is on the beach but wont be spending a lot of time in the condo.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! It was perfect! Love being so close to the beach! Condo looked newly remodeled & everything was clean. Beds are comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Went across the street to Winn Dixie for any needed groceries. Looked through a couple of the books on the bookshelf at the top of the stairs. Thank you for the beach lounge chairs! We would love to stay here again!

location was good and beach access great. Too many stairs to get to the accomodation which was difficult for older tennants especially carrying luggage or groceries.Close to everything and relatively quiet.The unit should have operation manuals on electonic devices, particularly the TV's which were a real challenge.Great view from the balconies.Should include outside building pictures in the brochure.

Loved It!

This was an excellent experience for both of us. The building is dated, but inside, the condo was just as pictured — spotlessly clean, sunny, quiet and comfortable. With a VIEW! Sunsets are magnificent. All doors, etc. worked and locked as they should. The downstairs was nicely furnished with sturdy furniture. Plus it had an upscale European style leather recliner, which I put to good use. Upstairs, the beds were very comfortable and the sleeping good. Temperature control was good, The beach was pristine, with only a very few beachgoers at the time we were there. Items to consider if your party has physically challenged members: The building itself sits on pilings, so the 2nd floor condo may as well be on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Inside, bedrooms are upstairs. The showers, while equipped with excellent non-skid traction in the tub and stall floor, have no handholds, and glass walls. This may be an issue for someone who is unwieldy. Finally, there is a pane of heavy, clear glass, reaching about waist high, that prevents one from turning the corner too quickly at the top of the stairs and entering the stairs from the side about two steps below floor level. This panel isn’t the easiest to see, particularly at night, and if one were to blunder into it at speed, it might be a problem. We didn’t let any of this bother us, and would seek out this property as a future place to stay. Solid 5 Stars!

Beach vacation

This condo was perfect for a three day beach vacation with our adult children. Beautiful view from balcony and close to the pool. The beach was sparsely populated and pristine. The condo was spacious and there was plenty of space and storage. The only negatives were the tiny coffeemaker and the sliding doors that had broken screens and poor locks.

Spring Break 2022

It has been many years since we stayed at Ramsgate and it did not disappoint. We loved being closer to the pool than in past years. We did have to purchase the second parking pass and could have used a few more staples….. salt and pepper, scissors, and matches. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back!

We had our daughter and her friend traveling with me and my partner. The layout was perfect! Plenary of bathrooms for everyone. All bathrooms updated. Designer tile, plumbing fixtures, art, and accents. Perfect view and proximity to pool.

Great location but lacking in a few areas

This condo is in a great location; short walk to beach & pool, grocery stores, seafood restaurant, Ihop, Dunkin Donuts...a quick drive around the corner, though the seafood restaurant is literally across the street so you can walk to it. This condo is on the 2nd floor so keep that in mind if you have a lot of stuff to carry up a few flight of stairs. The next thing I'm about to mention will probably never happen again but just throwing it out there just in case. When we arrived at our unit it was late (around 10:00pm) and my daughter, who is 16, went ahead of us to enter the code & open the door since our hands were full, and to our surprise the door was cracked open. We didn't go in as it was me, my daughter, a g'friend of mine, and her daughter. I went ahead & called the police just to be safe. The policeman got there in less than 5 minutes. Super nice guy. He went in and checked under beds, closets, etc and found nothing except the sliding back door that was open, which had no lock at all, and no bar to help keep it locked. We don't know if the cleaning company dropped the bomb & didn't shut the front door & back sliding door all the way or what. The lock on the front door was sketchy. Looked as if it was busted out a time or two. And like I said, the sliding door had no lock or anything. Anywho, we didn't feel all that safe but decided to stay for the night & see what happened. We did finally get the front door shut after some group effort & used part of a lamp to lock the sliding glass door. I did reach out to Vacasa several times & they were pretty good about communicating & giving me updates everday, even though the locks didn't get fixed while we were there. They kept saying they were coming each day (never did) and the day before we left they conveniently said the locks were back ordered and would be there on Saturday (which was the day we left lol). One more thing, we didn't have a parking pass when we got there & when they would call each day (someone diff each day) I would remind them & finally after being there 4 days we got a pass. Thankfully, my vehicle didn't get towed. Overall, the condo wasn't too bad. Don't know if I'd stay in this particular unit again since it seems to be really tired lol but the location of the complex really can't be beat. You're pretty much sandwiched between PCB & 30A...minus the crowds. You can go either direction & be there in less than a few miniutes :)

Great location, nice condo, could be improved

This condo is great for the location. Super close to the beach and the pool. Here you do not have the concerns about over crowding that you would at the larger high rise condos. There was only one row of chairs on the beach and you could always get a good spot no matter the time of day. The pool area is a little old and small but it is worth it to have a less crowded area to us. The decor in the condo is tasteful and with good quality furnishings. The location is great: right across the street from Winn Dixie and Publix grocery stores and only a very short drive to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, etc. I thought there was a Keurig coffee maker, but there is just a small Mr. Coffee (1st world problems, I know, but I had brought Keurig pods). The condo wasn’t the cleanest. You could tell that corners had been cut in the cleaning. Overall the cleanliness was was acceptable, but not great. We called to report a couple of issues: a gutter had blown off during the tropical storm Claudette and was hanging on the roof and there was water leaking behind the wall right by an electrical outlet. It was difficult to get in contact with someone. I made a couple calls before I could get anyone on the phone and I had to wait on hold for a while. The property maintenance man fixed the gutter promptly, but we never had anyone come to inspect the water in the wall by the outlet. The tv in the living room didn’t always work and the internet went out a lot. When I reported these items no help was offered. We were just told that they can’t help the internet outages. Over all it was a good rental and I still would recommend it if you’re concerned about over crowding at the other high rise condos. It was quiet and had a great family atmosphere.

Great Condo. Easy check in process, everything was updated, condo/grounds were very clean, staff was courteous and prompt when we needed their assistance. What more could you ask for? Two Thumbs Up!!
