For starters, the parking is very limited. We squeezed our SUV into the one garage, but our son’s SUV had to be parallel parked up against the garage in the road. There are two courtyard gates you can open and possibly pull a car into, but there is patio furniture in the way. The rear door which is the main entrance needs cleaning. The white frame around it is dirty looking and the welcome mat is worn out-not an impressive welcome. Also, we arrived on a Saturday evening and the exterior trash cans were full even though Saturday was trash day. Inside the house, it’s looking worn down. The kitchen baseboards are worn to the point of missing paint and some of the cabinet edges are worn. The den rug is dingy and looks dirty with a couple of small black spots. The tile floor downstairs may have been swept but they have not been cleaned. Our feet were black after walking around a few hours and we took our shoes off as the message on the door requested. The washing machine had to be serviced while we were there, but that was handled well. The actual bedrooms were fine and beds comfortable and the AC worked well. Overall, we would not stay in this house again unless it’s maintained to where it should be.

Easy check in. Beds were comfortable. Great location in Rosemary close to indoor pool and gym and beach is easily accessed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook at home.

Very nice stay in Rosemary

We rented this house for our kids spring break. The location of the house was perfect. It was walking distance to everything. The house had a great set up. The carriage house was really cute. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice. The outdoor area was really nice and we also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch doing some people watching.

Great Family Property

This house is great for an extended family vacation. Very walkable location with great amenities. The home and property are very clean. Kitchen is very well-stocked. A couple of non-working amenities: the master bath jacuzzi (jets don’t work, tub doesn’t hold water), the main TV is extremely complicated and not user friendly (we didn’t figure out how to log into streaming apps until 2 days before we left) and some of the bedroom TVs don’t work. The plunge pool is nice and really warm. The listing advertises a Big Green Egg grill, but there’s only a gas grill. The management company is very responsive, I know that if we had had any problems they would’ve been taken care of in a timely manner. We hope to return sometime!

Perfect oasis in Rosemary

We had a wonderful stay at this property - it is clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and conveniently located. The extras (private pool, courtyard, sand toys and wagons) were really nice to have, and the service from the property management company was top notch. We cannot say enough good things about this home and would love to book this property again.

Great home and location !

We were in Rosemary Beach for a family wedding. This home checked off our boxes as we are a family with 3 adult couples. It had privacy for us and king beds with 3 full baths which was important to us. Loved the layout and walking distance to the Pearl and restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

Cute but….

the home was very nice and in a great location that was walkable to the rosemary area and beach! the home was clean and just as pictured, there is definitely limited parking in the area so keep that in mind and the garage is very small if you have a large vehicle, my only compliant is as soon as you walk into the home there is a very distinct mold smell on the first level. i’m not sure if they have gotten water damage but i think it needs to get taken care of before they let others book the home. For the price i would say that was a big disappointment and it was not a great smell to walk into everyday. Other than that the house was nice.

Great location, nice property, cheap mgmt

Really well located and very nice house. You need to bring everything including beach towels, paper towels and even toilet paper. To be fair this is disclosed…one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc. It just was like, Really? Salt, pepper, condiments - nothing. I don’t think it would cost much to put an extra pack of toilet paper and paper towels in a closet or provide some beach towels from Target for the guests. The area and unit are expensive and nice - just put it in the rate. Also the ventahood didn’t work so the fire alarm kept going off. If you know all this going in, it’s a nice place otherwise and great location.
