Upstairs, the four bedrooms are adorned with high-quality linens and central air-conditioning. The primary bedroom is a dazzling en suite with a large bathroom and private balcony. Internet and washer/dryer access round out the interior amenities.

Walking distance away there are numerous restaurants, shops, and a neighborhood playground. Within 17 miles of your stay, visit Todd Herendeen Theatre, Zooworld Zoological Park, Tyndal Air Force Base, Pier Park Mall, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Rick Seltzer Park, and St. Andrews State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The kitchen did not have a coffee maker and there were only 4 coffee cups even though the unit sleeps 6. We took turns having our coffee in the mornings. Traffic noise was very obvious especially at night. The furnishings weren’t comfortable, the bed frames creek and the mattresses felt uninviting. The decor was sparse. It was pleasant interacting with the host and the place was clean. We did have to place our bath towels in the dryer when we arrived due to they were damp.
