  • Notará una cocina bien surtida que ha sido acomodada con refrigerador, microondas, estufa, máquina de hielo, tostadora, cafetera, licuadora, utensilios de cocina, utensilios para comer, cristalería, vajilla y más. El comedor tendrá capacidad para ocho personas cómodamente, cuatro en la mesa y cuatro en el mostrador. La cocina completamente equipada junto con el comedor amueblado le ofrece la opción de cenar en todas sus comidas.

    El salón está muy bien amueblado. Hay un sofá que se convierte en una cama queen size, sillones, mesas, lámparas, ventilador de techo y una gran televisión de pantalla plana y un DVD para el entretenimiento.

    Desde la sala de estar, la puerta corrediza se abre a un balcón privado de gran tamaño con impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México. Este balcón privado es uno de los más grandes que encontrarás en la zona. Desde el balcón se puede ver el agua que se conecta con el cielo, los delfines saltan, las gaviotas vuelan, los amantes de la playa caminan, parasailing, pasean en bote, bucean y mucho, mucho más. El balcón está completamente amueblado y ofrece un área relajante para disfrutar de los atardeceres y amaneceres. ¡También, un lugar fabuloso para reunirse y jugar juegos de mesa con la familia! Si no estás descansando en la playa, ¡entonces querrás estar en este balcón!

    La suite principal está equipada con una cama king size, muebles laterales, iluminación, cortinas y TV de pantalla plana. ¡La suite principal también se abre al balcón que permite ver y escuchar tanto el agua como los sonidos de la playa! Junto al dormitorio principal, hay un baño privado con ropa de baño.

Our stay was excellent, weather was perfect. A little crowded due to spring break. Bed were super comfy, beach chairs were included. Elevators were not as bad as previous occupants started… communication was excellent.

We had a lovely time . Snowed here for the first time in a century, made for a wonderful view! This condo was very clean . It's decor is elegant and classic.

Great stay. Been looking for a place like this for years. Will stay here again. Ocean Reef condos are the largest I have seen. This one is nicely updated. Bed is comfortable. Wow. Large balcony a plus. Loved it. 3 large tvs. And again.,, thanks for the soft bed. Great stay.

Condo was clean. Location was really good. Beautiful patio and view. Good communication. Some minor annoyances. Need to bring your own blanket for the sleeper sofa. Only had 2 small throw blankets for my 15 year old. Neither were actual adult size blankets. Would have been great to have a couple small samples of real soap and shampoo to shower after getting in late from the airport, which is common at this price range. There were tiny disks of something resembling soap, but it was more like a piece of cardboard that doesnt lather like soap; just stayed hard ans dry. Master bath/shower isn't accessible for older guests or guests who can't climb over a toilet to get in. The shower doors are installed backwards, so you actually have to climb over the toilet to get in and out of the toilet. Very odd that this hasn't been fixed yet as it would be a fairly simple fix. Just minor annoyances that could easily be addressed. Everything else was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like this condo because it's within walking distance of places to eat. There is an arcade and putt putt across the street too. The security was friendly as well. It was hard to park my Traverse in the parking spot provided though. Also, during busy season only two of the three elevators work so it's better to get to the beach early so you don't have to wait on an elevator. We had to take the stairs a few times and that was a long walk. I love the view from the condo and it was very clean.

Nice little last minute get away

Very clean condo with very comfy beds. A lot of others complained about the elevators, and although one was constantly down, we never had any problems. The parking deck is very tight as others have mentioned. Our Yukon was fine but anything bigger could def be an issue. We parked it and Uber’d when we got out simply because we didn’t want to navigate the deck. The condo is within walking distance of shops and several restaurants. We were very happy with this spot. A little ways down the beach was sooooooo crowded and while our beach was ‘peoply’ it was not body to body packed. The sea grass was pretty bad but cleared on our last day leaving the most beautiful water!! Def a great getaway!!! If you are on the fence about it….just go!!!!

Elevators were a nightmare- only one worked! And that one wasn’t stellar!!! Not enough bath linens- had to wash towels daily to take showers for 4 adults and a 2 and 5 yr old! Master shower door is backwards- shouldn’t exit at the toilet!!!!No drinking cups! Who only has glassware and half of it is not what you have pictured. Dishwasher wouldn’t start - hope it finally washed the dishes

A Little Piece of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have a new favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo, Ocean Reef unit 1608, was just amazing! It is very clean. The furniture is so nice. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding and linens were perfect. I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved the tike flooring throughout the condo, even on the huge balcony.The unit has a utility room with a full size washer and dryer. I hate taking home a lot of dirty laundry. This made it so convenient to get that done before we left. The kitchen counters are gorgeous! The stove and refrigerator works very well. The ice maker was very efficient. We were able to dump it up into the bin in the freezer and let it fill up again We were able to fill our cooler up from that before we headed home. You can stand at the sink and watch the waves and listen to them as you prepare food. The dishwasher took me a minute to figure out, but worked very well once I did.I loved the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The parking garage is super convenient and the elevators worked very efficiently. Security guards are very present and take their job seriously. This was a comfort. The beach was perfect. Very easy access from the bottom floor of the parking garage. The pools and hot tub were beautiful. I loved that it is a smoke-free property, including balconies, breezeway, parking garage, etc.The bathrooms were very nice and well-stocked with towels.The agent I dealt with, I think his name is Riley, was absolutely amazing! He helped us get booked on the same day I called him, as we were on our way. He personally went to the condo and made user our parking passes were there and that the unit was ready when we arrived. I can't say enough good things about him and his hospitality! Check in and check out were so easy. The guest portal was extremely helpful. This is the first time that I have stayed somewhere that I can't think of anything that was wrong. The location is perfe

April 2024 Stay

Perfect! The first thing I noticed was the fresh scent at the elevators! We arrived a little early but we called and luckily our room was ready! The room was excellent especially the spectacular balcony! We watched dolphins, stingray's and beautiful stars and sunsets (even seen starlink) it was where we spent a lot of time!
