NOTICE - We do not rent to high school or college age groups - We rent to family groups only. The principals in renting must be over 25 years of age and be present for the entire duration of the stay.

Celadon Beach Resort - Quiet WEST END of the beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

Close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex and the international airport.

Tasteful, comfortable furnishings throughout.

BEACH FRONT Master bedroom with KING size bed

Double bunk room has doors that close for privacy

Port-a-Crib is provided for babies

Beach Service Chairs included at no charge for the duration of your stay between March 1st and October 31st.

Comfortable Adirondack chairs and bar height table and chairs for relaxing evenings on the balcony - seating for 6.

2 heated pools and hot tubs with large deck and lounge chairs.

Covered or uncovered poolside area.

Flat screen televisions with premium cable in each bedroom

High speed internet and Direct TV included.

Kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless appliances,

Breakfast bar has seating for four and the dining table seats four.

Covered 4 deck parking garage and covered crossover walk way

We do not supply beach towels or children's sand toys.

We rent to adults and their families. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or older responsible adults (age verification will be required prior to rental).

Occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

Our NEST thermostat allows for warm month temperature settings between 70 - 77 degrees. If you require temperatures below 70 degrees, please do not rent our property. We do not adjust for lower settings.

Parking pass is required. Cost is $45 and is paid directly to the Homeowners Association.

This is our second home and we spend 6 - 8 weeks of the year here. We ask only that our guest respect and care for our property while enjoying a beach vacation.

* No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.
* This is a 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' Unit and property.
* The HOA monitors for smoking on the balconies - proven violation of the no smoking policy could result in warning, fines and/or forfeiture of your security/damage deposit.

Great Stay

We have stayed in the Celadon many times. The problems with the Celadon, and the elevators continue to be a struggle as the last two days, the building was down to only one elevator. That issue is not the fault of the hosts, but wanted to make sure it was noted. Communication was great with the hosts and the cleanliness of the unit was fantastic. The fridge is in a location that really makes using the drawers difficult, without potentially damaging them, so we just put small things that could fit without opening them all the way. The view from this unit is amazing as it sits on the top floor. Would recommend anyone looking for a great stay, choose this unit for both the unit itself and the hosts.

Unforgettable 4th of July Getaway

We just returned from an amazing stay at this beachfront condo over the 4th of July, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our family of five. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of room to relax.What truly set this trip apart was the absolutely stunning view from the balcony. We had a completely unique perspective of the fireworks—looking down on them from above! For miles up and down the beach, we could see bursts of color lighting up the sky in every direction. It felt like we had front-row seats to a private fireworks show in the sky. Truly unforgettable.The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and easy, from booking to check-out.This was a magical holiday for our family, and we’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend!ChatGP

Perfect

The condo was exactly how it was advertised and the owner was the most responsive host. He called a week before our stay to inform us of the check in process and amenities. The only negative experience was the beach chairs and umbrella situation. We checked in and went to the tiki hut and the young man got my name and condo number and told me to sit in the second row any chairs for the week and that’s all we needed to do. We were fine for about 3 days and then the same young man came and had us move on the 4th day saying those chairs were reserved and we didn’t have any chairs due to them being over booked. He said his boss deleted our names. Said the same thing, just sit in the third row from now on and you’ll be fine. After getting in touch with the owner, he told us that was not the process and we were to get designated chairs. The next morning we went and the older gentleman took our info and designated us chairs for the duration of the stay. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but we had to move 2 coolers, an umbrella, 4 other chairs. Just inconvenient.

Perfect Spring Break

This condo was perfect for our two families!! Gorgeous top floor view, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, games, books, beach supplies, laundry…everything! The bonus of two loungers on the beach and two pools was great, too. Being beachfront truly changed our holiday, so easy to just pop out for a little walk or splash! The kids loved the bunk room, too. Chuck was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The early checkin and extra info when requested was appreciated. Parking was easy, and everyone at Celadon was very friendly. We travel to PCB every year and will definitely look to book this condo again!

Best Condo at Celadon

My husband and I stayed with our 17 year old daughter and her best friend. We have been staying at Celadon for years over fall break. Chuck and Gail’s condo was by far our favorite condo. Every little detail had been thought of from storage in all the rooms, fans in all of the bedrooms, a full stocked kitchen and the most comfortable balcony furniture. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. Chuck was available for any questions I had and even allowed us to checkin early. We will definitely be looking to stay in 2302 again.

Family vacation 2023

We were very happy with this condo. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, my husband, myself, our 17 year old son and his girlfriend. Plenty of beds for us. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We love the Celadon complex and have stayed there several times in the past. It waa very easy to get in touch with Mr. Ehrhart. If we had a complaint it would be that the air wouldnt go lower than 70, but we did keep comfortable with the fans. Will definitely stay here again!!

Panama City Vacay 🇺🇸

We stayed the week of 4th of July. Panama City was definitely booming. It was only my second time visiting the city. It gets a bit “wild” along Front Beach Road at night, mainly with the younger folks and golf carts however it is more near the pier area. This condo is in a wonderful location, only a few miles from restaurants/retail stores/entertainment. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the 23rd floor is gorgeous! The resort had 2 pools ( a bit small compared to other places we have stayed but okay for the littles - got a little crowded at times however we do realize it was a Holiday weekend). Chuck- the owner is very attentive to needs and uses great communication. The only issue we had was the refrigerator- freezer wouldn’t freeze/fridge wasn’t very cold but we made due- even after unplugging and resetting temps but we made due and after figuring out the nest control for the air conditioner it was much better (haha). We would definitely stay here again in the future but for now on our way back to KY!

Wonderful condo

Great condo to stay at for a week in Panama City beach. Loved the free beach service that is included with this unit. Unit was very clean & had everything we needed. Host was very helpful & easy to contact. Would definitely rent here again.
