  • Bring the kids and never forget your family vacation at Splash!, Panama City Beach's hottest new resort that caters to your kids. Kids will love the covered water park where they can play, rain or shine, while mom and dad lounge in the heated pool or hot tub. Enjoy lunch, have a snack or sip a drink at the poolside bar and grill. Or take a float down the lazy river together then let the kids play in the interactive water play pool.

    After a full day of activities at Splash! you can relax in your sixth floor luxury condominium, watch movies on the 42' flat screen TV, soak in the garden tub or shower and know you will sleep well on the king size solid foam mattress in the master bedroom and queen size pillow top mattress in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen LCD TV's with blue ray DVD players. You can surf the Internet free from the condo, without having to get to a common area. Upon awakening have a cup of coffee while you watch the dolphins from the balcony. Get your blood pumping in the state of the art exercise facility overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

    Now you are ready to enjoy a day of water play, relaxing or shopping in the on site Alvins Island or in the new Pier Park just a short distance away. Had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sliding door going on the balcony was very hard to open and close but I would definitely stay here again.

Our Stay at Splash Resort in Panama City Beach

Our family and friends had a great stay at this resort. There are a lot of activities to do and the condo was just as advertised. We were able to listen to the waves as we fell asleep every night.

Nice little condo

A nice 2 bedroom condo in a very fun complex. Pools were nice. They had a splash pad and 2 restaurants.

Great Location

Condo was nice and clean. Had everything you could want in it. Splash is a great property to stay at with kids. Booking, check in was super easy. Appreciate having some basics there for you already. TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. would definitely stay here again!

Very good size, clean & relaxing! Amazing view, accommodated our 2 year old, 4 year old, husband & my dad perfectly! So close to everything. Amazing beach view & access! Love love LOVE the splash pad, water park, pools & lazy river! We were so sad to leave, will be booking again!

Great place

This was our first time with Vrbo. It went seamless. Splash resort was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable the kitchen was well equipped. Just love the Beach in Panama City. Michael who was in charge of the chairs on the beach was very awesome.

Very nice location right on beach. Love room being on 6th floor. Not too high, but high enough for great view. Splash maintenance responded promptly with a few minor issues. Owners good to work with.

Our stay was wonderful. Owner was always accessible by phone to answer any question and very accommodating. I would, however remove ALL artificial plants completely from the unit. They are extremely old and dusty and are the main reason I scored low on cleanliness. The shower curtains must be replaced. Otherwise, great

Family vacay

Overall we had a great stay at this condo! The condo was clean except for the sheets on the sleeper sofa but we found a clean set in the closet so it was an easy fix. The 6th floor location isn’t too high but still has a great view :) the kids loved the pools and water park. The sliding balcony door in the living room was very hard to open and close so we mainly went to the balcony through the master bedroom. We would definitely visit again!

Condo was nice, decor in bedrooms was not very beachy. Did not report hairdryer not working in guest room. Sliding door was really hard to open for adults. Beds were comfortable.
