Thank you for taking the time to look at our condo. This unit is located at Celadon Beach Resort on the 18th floor, Unit 1806. Located 2 miles west of Pier Park in the quieter area of Panama City Beach. Shopping and restaurants close and accessible. Walk the pier at sunset. Great for kids of all ages.

Celadon Beach is located at the quieter west end of the beach, away from the noise and congestion. It is a more laid-back experience than the beaches to the east. More family friendly. Amazing views of the sunsets and marine life in the Gulf below.

One bedroom, two full baths. Sleeps 5 with king bed in bedroom, bunk beds in hall and queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table seats 4 with bar stools at the bar.

New washer and dryer in the unit

Table and chairs on balcony to enjoy the sunsets!

Master bedroom has tub/shower. 2nd bathroom has walk-in shower.

2 pools, one heated pool with hot tub on the street side, one gulf side with hot tub. Grilling area with picnic tables. Tennis court. Work-out facility. Free Wi-Fi. Covered parking garage with covered air conditioned tunnel crossover to condo. 3 high speed air conditioned elevators. Beach chairs for rent on beach side.

Beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella is included with your rental. Just give them your room number and they will set you up.

There is a one-time $45.00 parking fee that will need to be purchased prior to arrival. Details will be sent upon booking.

Cleaning fee for your stay is $145.00.

This vacation home is beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. The views are truly spectacular; we were fortunate enough to observe dolphins, schools of fish, and stunning sunsets, along with an aviation show, all from the comfort of the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Thank you!

We loved this stay March 2026! This place is so nicely furnished (comfortable!) and has many kitchen necessities. We are a lot of meals here and really enjoyed the beach. Around 8:30 am you can reserve two beach seats included in the rental, this was so so nice. The two pools never felt overly crowded and the hot tubs were a treat. This was a beautiful beach! We have two girls (16&10) who fit nicely in the hall bunks. Two bathrooms were ideal for showers after beach time. The washer and dryer are high quality and large making it easy to stay ahead of the laundry. I recommend bringing an extra garbage bag or two, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap- especially if you’re staying for awhile. Frank was very easy to communicate with, highly recommend this place.

This was our first time staying away from the busy part of PCB. It was fabulous! The condo was excellent! Communication was perfect! We couldn’t ask for a better stay. We will definitely book with Frank again!I was SO HAPPY when I opened the bedroom closet and saw a box fan! We flew in, so carrying a fan wasn’t happening.

Just as described!

This was perfect for our brief stay, the only negative we can come up with is we wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location for us, and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens! Owner was so pleasant and quick to respond during booking, after booking, and even during our stay! Look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Condo

The condo was updated and decorated so well, it was homey and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The location was perfect for a quieter more calmer area of Panama City. Frank was very responsive to messages. I would stay here again!

Everytime we have stayed with Frank he has been great with communication and does everything he can to ensure a wonderful vacation! If you’re staying anywhere else in PCB you’re staying at the wrong place!

Perfect location

What a great stay we had in your condo, Frank. Ck in process was seemless and ample parking. We had everything we needed in the condo and beach chairs & umbrella were used everyday. There are several great restaurants close by, not to mention Thomas Donuts down the street ( get there early.) Beds were comfortable & elevators worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Family Condo

Great spot for a family vacation. Our family loved that it was on the quiet end of PCB during spring break as it gets busy, the short drive or walk on the beach to the main attractions were well worth the peace and quiet we had throughout our stay. We enjoyed the short walk on the beach to grab breakfast at the local doughnut stand also. The beach views from the balcony were fantastic and it being the last high rise condo we had the best sunset views. Frank the host was amazing and had the condo all set up with everything we could need and is super responsive. Excellent host to work with. Whenever we come back I will be looking for his place first to see if it’s available..If you are looking for a great spot to relax you need to book this place.

We brought our 12 year old daughter for a 5 night stay. All instructions for accessing the condo, pools and parking info were clearly communicated. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The views were fantastic. We had a wonderful stay.

This property was amazing. Very clean and well appointed. Met all of our needs. Frank was wonderful to work with, and was very accommodating. We have stayed at the Celadon multiple times, and this was the best experience yet. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Condo!!!

We loved our stay in this condo. Frank was great to work with. Loved the view from the 18th floor. Great balcony with comfortable deck seating. We spent our mornings and evenings looking at the beautiful gulf from the cozy balcony. It was one of our favorite things to do. The condo stayed cool. The beds we very comfortable. The elevators work great and it is a short walk to the beach from the condo. Having the beach chairs included in the rental was nice. Condo was clean and decorated beautifully with a beach vibe.

Great Vacation Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The booking and check in was simple and the unit was exactly what we expected. The unit was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a care free stay. The elevators ran quickly, so not much time was wasted waiting for one to take you down or take you up. Access to the beach was easy, and having beach service included was a plus.

Great Trip!

We had a great stay and would definitely staying here again! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with Frank was great and the location could not have been better for our family with small children. Would highly recommend!

Home away from home!

We absolutely loved this condo. This was our 3rd year coming to Panama City and by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. Balcony overlooking the ocean, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean. There were so many cute personal touches throughout the condo and it was well decorated. We will definitely look to book again next year!
