  • Comprado en 2011 nuestra recién amueblada, decorada profesionalmente casa de playa de 3 pisos está a pocos pasos de las playas de arena más blanca en el Golfo. Disfrute de una elegante decoración toscana playa y relajarse con hermosas vistas a la playa y puesta de sol desde el segundo y tercer niveles.

    La casa hace que para una reunión fantástica para dos o más familias o grupos grandes para compartir. Si usted está buscando una casa de playa de lujo en el golfo con todas las comodidades que necesitas para unas vacaciones relajantes en la playa, esta casa es para usted!

    A estrenar Alojamiento de lujo:
    Caminar a través de la puerta principal y le dará la bienvenida con 2500 pies cuadrados de la vida costera de lujo. Primera planta incluye 12 'techos, pisos de cerámica, 42 TV ", una chimenea y una cocina señorial con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.

    Alojamiento de segundo nivel incluyen una zona de ocio con bar, sala de polvo y salen balcón, un loft con una TV de 32 "(w / DVD), 2 dobles camas empotradas y un sofá cama. Este nivel también incluye un amplio dormitorio con cama doble y baño privado.

    Tercer nivel tiene dos dormitorios cada uno con su propio baño privado. El primero de ellos es el dormitorio principal con una cama king size, bañera de hidromasaje, TV, chimenea y balcón. El segundo es un amplio dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio y TV.

    Excelente ubicación:
    Menos 100yrds de la playa de nuestra casa está en el lado de la playa tan deseado de la unidad de Thomas. Usted no tendrá que cruzar una calle muy transitada en su camino a la arena de azúcar y agua verde esmeralda. Está situado en el centro de 3 millas al oeste de St. Andrews State Park o el capitán Anderson y 7 millas al este del primero ministro Pier Park comercial al aire libre y restaurantes.

    Si usted está buscando más entretenimiento, hay mucho alrededor. Seis campos de golf en la zona, el puerto deportivo y muelle de pesca, Ciudad de Panamá Beach Winery y varios restaurantes famosos como Hammerhead Fred o Cocos a poca distancia. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?

We loved the house! There was plenty of space for me and my husband plus my two kids and their spouses. We loved having a private pool. It was my grandbaby’s 1st beach trip! What an amazing week!

We loved our stay here. Lots of space and a nice distance from the beach. If I had one suggestion it would be some kitchen towels/rags but honestly over all it was a great stay! We would definitely rent again!

Our family books vacation rentals multiple times each year, and this rental, by far, was one of the cleanest and best-stocked vacation homes we've booked. The house was beautiful and the pool was a nice extra after a long day at the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and the layout allowed for plenty of privacy when we needed it. The hosts were easy to reach and responsive. The house is located a very short stroll from Access #19 and the hosts had two wagons and beach chairs available to use. This was a great rental and we enjoyed our week!

Beautiful Location and Home

We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The house was beautiful and in a great location. The beach is just steps away and the location of the home means you do not have to travel far for food or shopping.

Lovely Beach Condo- Close to the Beach

Everything was just great for our stay. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We love this end of the beach. St Andrews St Park was the favorite place that we visited.

Amazing location! So close to everything! Easy short walk to the beach. Beach is not overcrowded which makes it perfect to relax. Hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful home - short distance to the beach. Plenty of room for larger families. Very well stocked for all your cooking needs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Just be aware that the pool is very small and not heated.
