Coastal Sunshine is on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit Gulf view townhome, located  on the Cape San Blas peninsula. This is the perfect unit for those looking for an affordable beach vacation without compromising comfort or location. It’s a very short walk to the beach and you can even bring the family pet.  This 3 bedroom, well equipped unit has an open floor plan, high ceilings and lots of windows to enjoy the Florida sunshine.  With large, open decks off of the living room and master bedroom, you can enjoy breathtaking gulf views and fabulous sunrises and sunsets.  Come, sit back and enjoy the beach at Coastal Sunshine.

This was our second year staying at Cape San Blas. We stayed on bay side last year and decided to stay on beach side this year. This place was in a great location with easy access to beach it was clean and roomy. We had a wonderful stay yet again!

Needs updating bad

The property is is serious need of updating. Door knobs were rusted, the rigs on the shower curtains had rust on them and staines in the curtain as well. The furniture was extremely old and not really conducive to sitting and relaxing at all. The kitchen table didn’t even have a full set of matching chairs. The decor looked like a hodge podge of stuff picked up at the local yard sale. The fridge struggled to keep food cool as well, but we managed to make it work. The price was ok, but if it were not for the good location it would have been way over priced IMO.

Coastal Sunshine

The house was just as listed. Location was good and could see the ocean. Pristine Property management was less than helpful. Hundreds of nails were found under the house where you have to park. We enjoyed the stay once we got a key.

Great location, spacious, comfortable bed, but could be cleaner.

Great location, spacious living area, comfortable beds, but the place could be cleaner. Many surfaces felt sticky and rugs need replacing The bed cover didn’t feel very clean. Very limited kitchen equipment. Although there were small bars of soap in each bathroom and a roll of toilet paper to get by until you hit the store the next day. It would’ve been nice if there was small stock of coffee filters. Or at least post what type of filter it used so I can bring some from home or purchase ahead of time. Personally, I feel all VRBO should have well stocked kitchen including salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil as a welcome package. By the way, the outfitter were awesome. Super nice lady set us up for our rental credit. We rented bikes during our stay. So... Did I like the stay? Yeah. Would I rent the same unit again? Maybe. Probably. Price? About right.
