Welcome to "Prissy's Hideaway" #2407 – your highrise beach retreat!

Simply breathtaking! One thing you will notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular! Both the living area and master bedroom overlook the emerald green waters and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are looking for a beachfront vacation condo with all the extras and luxuries of home, this is the one for you!
This is why we selected Sunrise Beach 2407… because of the incredible views plus its amazing 24th floor location! This two bedroom and two bath beach residence has a King in the master, a Twin Over Full in the second and a Queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate 6 guests. The oversized balcony is furnished with plenty of seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets plus is the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the dolphins and stingrays play in the surf. We love designing our homes to invoke the perfect calm, peace, tranquility and FUN feelings you expect from your vacation at the beach! We hope you love being here as much as we do!

Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.

Outstanding location. Loved view from 24th floor. Great weather. Would not recommend Senor Frog restaurant. Food was mediocre and charged 12 for chips and salsa.not that I am cheap, I ate seafood dinners 6 nights in a row after that. Spend money elsewhere. Plan to revisit here often . Thanks for enjoyable week.

Perfect Getaway!

We enjoyed our time away. The condo is perfect and had all that we needed. I would say that the master bath exhaust fan needs a cleaning and smelled when I tried to use it.The washer, dryer and fridge are all super noisy. We tried to avoid doing laundry when we were in the condo. We appreciated the cleanliness. We will definitely be back as Sunrise Beach is our favorite place to stay in PCB.

We need handles in the shower to prevent falls. The sofa was not great other that that it was very nice and decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed. The tvs were great because we could watch our favorite football team. Checkin was very easy.

Comfy with all of the amenities

This unit was the cherry on top for our NYE stay. We came down to to PCB for business and pleasure. I give this cute condo a 4.5 because the pillows in the master were hard as rocks. For our 5 day made for a rough sleep nightly. We ended up having to go buy pillows for me on the 2nd night. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars. If the managers or owners invest in quality pillows it will be a huge upgrade. The bed were perfect. I will for sure stay here again✨

Relaxing Stay!

Condo is in a great location. A short walk to Sharkys where the food is amazing! A short drive to Pier Park and everything else really! Condo was very clean. Being on the 24th floor we had a great view of the ocean. Never had to wait on elevator (we were there for Christmas so no too busy). Would definitely consider this condo for our next PCB stay!

Beautiful PCB

Although we were saddened with the week of double red flags we experienced while we were staying in this condo, we had a great time. The condo was clean but not spotless clean. It was just the right amount of clean to where I felt comfortable enough letting my two 5 year olds actually feel like they were at home (run around, lounge on the furniture, etc) and not feel as if we were living in a glass house all week. The location was great - close to everything (you could easily walk) and if there was somewhere you needed to drive to - it was easy to get in and out of the parking garage. The "beach chair guys" as my kiddos called them, were all SUPER sweet and caring for my family. We probably miss them as much as we miss PCB itself! We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise 2407! The condo was well stocked with kitchen appliances and toys for use by guests. We loved the amazing views and enjoyed watching the turtles, dolphins and other wildlife daily along with the beautiful sunsets every night! This next part is not related to the condo but the resort only: On our second day, a security guard knocked on our door and told me that someone reported us for throwing things off the balcony. I told him it was not us and he got very rude and threatening. He told me that it was a felony and that the PCB police would be called and that they had video to prove it. I told him I understood that throwing things off the balcony was dangerous, but it was not us and to recheck his video. 30 minutes later a female security officer knocked and tried to hand me a ticket for throwing things off the balcony. I told her I was not taking it and that I promise it was not us. She told me I could take it up with the PCB police and I told her no, I would take it up with her supervisor and they can show me the video. She told me her supervisor was busy and I told her I would wait. I grabbed my shoes and followed her down to the supervisor (I was ranting the whole way down). To make a long story short, they showed me the video and guess what? It was not us and we did not even have any of the items that were thrown!! I was furious!! They told me that I was free to go and I did not even get an apology from any of them. They were horrible!!! My husband and I come to PCB at least once a year and we always stay at Sunrise. When we retire in a few years our plan was to buy a condo here but now we will probably try a different resort for our next visit. I do not want to spend my money with a resort that harasses their loyal guests in this way. I have been harassed by them during previous stays but for small stuff like sitting to close to the pool with a drink. Sunrise, you need to do something about your security, or you will continue to lose guests. I will write a review specific to Sunrise on Google or anywhere else possible.

Good but not great

Had a family vacation here. The property was older but decent. Pool was very small and looked filthy so we never used it. We never had to wait long for elevators and there was plenty of parking, unlike alot of other places. Definitely suggest bringing more bath towels, or plan to wash frequently because although there are 2 per person, they get dirty quickly. The unit was nice, but all the beds were very uncomfortable. Suggest to the owners to invest in new ones. The unit appeared very clean when we got there, but after being there for a little while we realized how filthy the floors were. And it wasn't dirt you could see, it was so ground into the floors. We ended up having to wear shoes in the unit or your feet would be black due to how dirty the floors were. They really need someone professionally deep clean the floors in the unit. Also, it is kind of a pain to have to check in and out at a different location than the condo, but the folks there were very nice. All in all, a decent stay but just wasn't great.

Great stay! Highly recommend

My family had an amazing stay in the unit! Very clean and great views. The elevators in this building work well despite it being a high-rise. We never had to wait extended periods for elevators. My only concerns with the unit where the stay and temperature of the second bedroom. It got pretty hot at night. Also, communication about the parking deck fee was not clear from the renting agency. Overall, great experience! Recommended

Construction

The only downside was they were renovating the unit above and all we heard was construction, drills, banging all day through the evening and on the weekend. Also, the building next door is being completely overhauled and nothing but beeping and construction noise when outside. It would have been 5 star if it wasn’t for all of the construction noise.

Great Location, Clean, and Easy Check In

Perfectly located next to pier park and several locations to eat. The beach chair access is limited to only one, so it would be $40/day to rent another one (that’s what we were told). Everything was very clean and as described, except there is a Ring Doorbell (video) that the owners have on the door. It didn’t bother us, but I noticed no other rooms had it. Parking is only limited to two cars in the parking deck, or else you will get a ticket. These are just some small things that I wanted to mention, but overall I would recommend this place!!
