    Compramos este amplio condominio de alquiler de vacaciones en Panama City Beach hace unos años para poder tener un hogar en la playa que podamos compartir con nuestra familia y otros. Seleccionamos la Unidad 1411 porque es muy espaciosa y ofrece increíbles vistas de la playa. Nuestro condominio es una residencia de playa de tres dormitorios y tres baños que tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente porque todas las habitaciones y el área de estar son bastante grandes. Una cosa que notar�� de inmediato es que las vistas desde el balcón de las playas más hermosas del mundo son espectaculares. Por la mañana, nos gusta llevar nuestros binoculares cuando venimos para que podamos disfrutar de nuestro café de la mañana mientras observamos a los delfines jugando en el golfo. Ya que pasamos tiempo aquí, hemos hecho esto para que este condominio esté decorado para el máximo confort. Queríamos crear la sensación de un hogar en la playa. Para nosotros y nuestros invitados. ¡Incluso hemos incluido el servicio de playa gratuito de marzo a octubre! Esperamos que tenga la oportunidad de disfrutar de algunas de las características únicas de este maravilloso entorno de playa:

    -Amplio 200+ pies cuadrados de balcón
    -La sala de estar tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "
    -El área de comedor tiene capacidad para 4 personas alrededor de una hermosa mesa de comedor. También hay asientos para 4 en el mostrador de la cocina.
    -La cocina gourmet totalmente equipada incluye microondas, horno tostador, licuadora y cafetera.
    -El dormitorio principal tiene una cama KING y un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "y vista al golfo con acceso al balcón
    -Master baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha
    El 2do dormitorio tiene una cama QUEEN y un televisor de pantalla plana.
    -El segundo baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha.
    -El 3er dormitorio tiene una cama QUEEN y un televisor de pantalla plana.
    El tercer baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha
    -Hay acceso a internet inalámbrico en toda la unidad.
    -Hay una lavadora y secadora grandes en un lavadero separado convenientemente ubicado en la unidad

Awesome!

Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything was decorated nicely and beds were comfortable. The views of the beach and strip were awesome.

We had a great time we walked to a lot of the places we wanted to visit vey little driving.

The rental was very easy and the owners had it decorated very nicely went straight to the Condo with no problem would definitely stay here again.

The room was having some work done on it. It would have been nice to have been advised. No baseboards in the bathroom, nails sticking out of the pieces that had been replaced and other pieces stored in the master bedroom. We noted that we had three small children. Not ideal to have this laying around.

Friend Vacation to PCB

The property was perfect for our vacation needs. We had a very relaxing and fun time during our stay. The property and building was clean, quiet, and right on the beach. The location is close to everything we needed (restaurant, shopping, and the beach). Sitting on the oceanfront balcony was a highlight of the trip. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Great week for Fall Break

The location was perfect. It was nice being able to watch the ocean and the strip at night.The parking garage wasn't too full so we also got a decent parking space. The elevators were quick. We would definitely book this condo again.

In love with this condo!!

We hope to stay here again. The unit was beautiful and had so many little touches that made it feel like home. The building itself was great: clean, fast elevators, quick walk to the beach. The only thing that I would suggest is a few extra blankets.

Great place to stay!

Loved the condo. Was big enough for everyone and the huge balcony was a hit! Sat on there most of the trip. Great location! Was by everything in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. My niece kept saying she wanted to live there. Lol!

Great location, beautiful place. We did have to have 3 different door codes while there because ours stopped working and we were locked out, which was inconvenient. A locksmith had to be called.

Fabulous home and location

Very spacious and beautiful home. The views are amazing! Impressed with the elevator speed on a building with 22 floors. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. One small suggestion…would enjoy a comforter on the bed. Some of us are more cold natured than others.😂

The location was great. And the condo was very clean. The only suggestion is it needs is a better appointed Kitchen. There are no larger mixing bowls, no lager pots to make a crab boil or large meal. It would be beneficial if there were instructions for the operation of the washing machine. The communication with the owner was great. The communication with the individual ms doing requested repairs was ok… but the ceiling fan in the living room and the table lamp were never fixed, even though they said they would be there the next day. There was a water main break next door and that was addressed immediately and there were. I ill effects your unit since it was addressed so quickly. They did put a humidifier in our unit, but it wasn’t a problem. Overall it was a great condo and I would recommend staying here.

PCB stay

Well stocked kitchen. Washer was temperamental in using as sometimes it did not start. More high bar stools on patio would have been great as it is too humid to eat on the patio at the table. View was awesome! Nicely decorated. Could use new pilllows in bedrooms. Would come back.

Family vacation

Great location and condo was perfect. Views from large balcony provided both beach and strip views for great relaxing. Fast check in and room was ready before posted time. Kitchen was well equipped for dining. Beds were comfortable. Beach chair service included was an extra bonus. Only down side was sound bar on tv had to be unplugged and replugged to work right and there was the loudest air purifying unit we have ever heard in laundry room. Beds and baths were all very comfortable and equipped for our group. Great place and would book again for another trip if available.

It Really is a Best Beach Getaway!

The view was amazing! Everything was as described! The host was responsive to questions ahead of time. This space is ideal for a blended family, particularly when the siblings are opposite gender. Each child had his/her own bedroom and bathroom. They loved not having to share with each other! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The balcony is perfect for early morning reading/drinking coffee and ideal for watching people hunt for crabs at night. The beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) was a life saver! Our door code stopped working one day ahead of our arrival. The maintenance department responded within 15 minutes and remedied the situation quickly. We will be booking again because we loved the space so much!!

We will be back!

Beautiful condo, super spacious and decorated perfectly. They had everything available we needed. Check in process and car parking all done online so no waiting in line. They even had our room ready early and texted us an early check in code. We definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking and we will be back for sure. Thank you for sharing your home with us. With this corner unit, the views were amazing!! Waking up to the view from the bed of the waves rolling in is great! Watching the night life on the street from the balcony was fun too!!

Beautiful, peaceful view

This was our first vacation in 7 years. I want to say this condo was perfect. The kids would go to beach and my husband and I would stay on the balcony. We would definitely book this condo again.

Excellent property

We were there during Hurricane Ida, so it was excessively windy. For two nights the wind caused the balcony railing to vibrate all night long sounding like a helicopter was landing on the balcony to the point it was so loud it kept us awake much of two nights. Once the storm calmed, the vibration ceased. I think with this being a corner property, it was worse. Obviously this is not the owner’s fault, just something to consider if you’re planning to stay during hurricane season. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. One negative is that the cable is not HD so unless you use Netflix or other viewing apps, the TV is not super clear.
