Mannion Cottage is a cozy hideaway located just around the corner from the shops and eateries of North Barrett Square.

The bungalow style home begs you to kick up your feet and enjoy the beach lifestyle with playful local artwork and bright colors in every room. Enjoy the outdoor porches and balconies for a place to dine with family or read a new book in the fresh salt air.

Each of the property's two queen master bedrooms contains a flat-screen television and a private bathroom. Tucked away on the third floor is a small twin loft children are sure to love.

After a day at the beach, enter through the property's side door to quickly rinse the sand away in the full bath. From there you can retire to the living room or whip up a meal in the open kitchen.

Labor Day Weekend

Overall we had a great time during our stay at the Mannion Cottage. The check in process was easy & the location was AMAZING! Super quick, easy walk to the beach, shopping, pool, and restaurants. The space was just what we needed (me, my husband, brother, sister-in-law, brother, & brothers girlfriend). We enjoyed being able to use the grill when we cooked in. Only complaint was that the house’s photos are not up to date, different decor, furniture, bedding/shower curtains. Not too drastic of differences, but definitely notable. Also the beds weren’t the most comfortable - especially in the loft. But overall all we all loved our stay & agreed we would stay here again!

Great Cottage - Perfect Location

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect (close to coffee and ice cream - what could be better?). The size was perfect for 3 of us. We will definitely stay here again if able.

The house is in a great location. Perfect size for a small family. I think the house is due for some updating due to general wear and tear. We enjoyed eating outside and grilling. Loved having the bikes included!

Location location!

This was our fifth time to RB. This house was perfect for our family if 5. Loved the location and being able to walk to the shops in Barrett Square and a quick bike ride to the beach. We sat on the patio enjoying cocktails or coffee while the kids biked around the paths. Our only complaint was it got VERY hot on the top floor with the two twin beds. Luckily there were some fans, but we had to crank the AC way down for the rest of the house just to make it livable for my sons up there.

Great location and all the amenities needed.

We had a great trip and this place was conveniently located just north of 30a and right behind the bike shop. It has 3 full bathrooms and the listing was very accurate. They had a grill that we used and worked great. We would definitely rent this house again. The management team was very attentive and helpful.

Expected a bit more

The location and space of the home were remarkable. But the home is very tired on the inside. Needs a deep clean and paint. Refreshed decor and artwork. I had to buy my own salt and pepper shaker so some basic pantry items would be been nice. We got one paper towel roll, for example. No biggie. But I was just hoping for a bit nicer accommodations at 5K a week. We won’t rent this home again. But as I said previously, the location and the roominess was perfect.

Perfect Rosemary Beach Stay

This home was clean and beautifully furnished. The location in Rosemary Beach was perfect, a quiet location yet so convenient to coffee shops, a book store, ice scream and breakfast/lunch locations! And just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful private beach! The bicycles provided were a special bonus.

Great location, house needs refresh

The location is excellent if you enjoy the ease of being close to the shops, restaurants, and Rosemary amenities. The street is quiet even during the high season. The setback is the inside of the house has quite a bit of wear and tear over the years on the walls and furniture. Hopefully, a refresh can be done before the next summer season.

Great Location in Rosemary

This was a perfect space for a birthday get-away vacation (2 adults) that was all about the beach, local alfresco dining (during Covid), enjoying the autumn weather and a quiet location. Crazy that Florida's Governor thinks they should be at 100% capacity during a pandemic (!) but we have common sense and were not cramming inside anyplace because some politician ignores science and the medical consensus about the spread. The shops and many, but not all, restaurants are doing everything right and limiting the number of people inside. The 2-story cottage is a block off of the main square in Rosemary and convenient to Amavida coffee shop, Hidden Lantern book store, shops, and great restaurants. We found the outdoor porches lovely, especially the main porch on the footpath. The queen-size bed was very comfortable, however, I prefer a medium pillow and would recommend buying new bed pillows that offer between completely flat and too high & firm. We were there end-of-season, so likely all will be replaced soon. I would book this rental again! We had a very enjoyable stay.
