This tower has completed the FL requirement upgrades. Tons of updates with new gym, cameras throughout for security, new beach accesses and more. Balcony to die for! Relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the fantastic sunrise and sunsets. Literally less than a 2 minute elevator ride and a few steps to the beach and your complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella waiting for you (a $350 dollar value) from March to October. Amazing views and the sound of the surf from all the rooms from this 7th floor condo. in Tower 1. Black out curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. LARGE walk-in shower and all new appliances. Washer and dryer. Wake up and look out at the beautiful Emerald Gulf only feet from your window. A new gym withevery piece of equipment and updated security cameras througout the resort. 2 beach chairs in the condo available out of season for the Beach Service. We have it all. Washer, Dryer, pull out queen sofa bed, hair dryer, TVs one in the bedroom one in the family room, beach towels. 3 pools 2 heated, tiki bar, gym and 2 Jacuzzi's! Grills at each tower for those that want to grill. (License number CND1305872)

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Condo was perfect and clean. Hosts are easy to reach and very attentive to any needs. Views are great and was a relaxing stay . Hopefully the construction will be over soon. Started pretty early and limits access to beach and other area's on the property.

This was our third year staying in this beautiful condo. Everything about it is so perfect and so beautiful!! We love the balcony overlooking the ocean, and the easy access to the beach. Even with some renovations going on, we still had a wonderful time. Couldn’t ask for better hosts or better communication. They are the best!!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The condo was lovely and the balcony was very spacious with a wonderful view. I booked this as a last minute getaway and Ginny was very helpful and quick with her response with instructions on the check in and check out process. She even emailed me the day of check in to let me know the room was available before the actual check in time which was amazing.

The property is nice....the view fantastic! My issues were that the rehab/construction project of the complex was more intense than I expected ....now in fairness I was told that this process would be happening during our stay but it was on a larger scale than I anticipated...the main issue was that the unit was very musty smelling when you entered...not trying to rag on the unit....just the way it was.

The stay was awesome! The view is amazing and the room is very comfortable. The large shower and removable shower head was a huge plus. The condo was under renovations but Ginny let us know well in advance. We had no complaints.

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort many times. The complex is very nice and we like the layout of the 1 bedroom condos because the bedroom is beachside with a separate sliding door. This condo is very nicely decorated and well equiped. Walmart is a quick drive or a short walk and Pineapple Willies is right next door. There was construction that we were aware of before coming, but it will be even better next time. Pics of Tower 1 construction and the view from the balcony.

This is our 3rd or 4th year staying and our stay was GREAT as always! The condominium is doing upgrades outside and Ginny let us know as much info as possible about what was going on. Even offered us a discount for any possible inconvenience that may occur (which none did) We sat next to someone on the beach who had no idea there was going to be construction at all as other hosts didnt bother to let them know. So very appreciative of the heads up. Condo was very clean as it always is! Which is biggest thing to me! View is perfection. Never a wait on elevators, and entire property had people constantly cleaning. My only advice would be ask the guys at Tiki hut for your chairs to be in front of tower 2..alot of overflow from shores of panama.

Clean place, good communication, great location

Checking in was easy with great communication from the host. The condo was clean, kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, and a newer washer and dryer was a plus. Overall it was a clean place, great location with a great host.

Awesome stay

We stayed one night for the 4th of July. It was very comfortable and the check-in process was a breeze! Ginny was prompt with communicating any needs pertaining to our stay. We loved that we could walk to Pineapple Willy’s and an ice cream shop nearby. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella was a nice perk!
