The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The property itself could use some spiffing up. The fountain at the end of the catwalk is the first impression and I remember when it looked brand new. It definitely needs painting or something.

The property was very nice and looked just like the photos that are on VROB. We picked this unit due to the location so we did not have to wait on the elevator. The condo is very roomy and the balcony is very large. Gloria was very easy to work with and responded to your question very quickly. We will definitely rent from her in the future.

We had an amazing time at this VRBO rental in Panama City Beach! The property was absolutely beautiful just as described in the listing and even better in person. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home.Gloria was a fantastic host! She responded quickly to any questions and made the whole experience seamless. If I come back to PCB, I will definitely be booking with Gloria again.Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free getaway!

Property was beautiful with gorgeous views. Our only real concerns were on initial check in, the condo was found with the master bedroom siding glad door slightly adjar(approx 3in) and one of the stove eyes was going to be on.(assumed to be from maintenance/cleaning crew)The host was easy to contact regarding Internet connection problems, which was an issue caused from previous guests. And extremely understanding about being in the room past check out d/t an elevator being broken down on the morning of departure.

The Best condo

This condo has everything you will need for you and your family. We have children of all ages and they thoroughly enjoyed the pools. We would definitely book again. The unit was very clean and spacious. Perfect for larger families.

Great stay for a family with kids

Property owner was great with communicating. Condo was clean. We stayed with our 3&7 year old and they had a blast in all the pools & easy access to beach. We loved that one pool was completely shaded at all times. Loved being on the first floor so we could just take the stairs when the elevators were slow. If we return to PCB we will 10/10 consider this condo.

We Loved our stay at this property. It was everything that it said it was. The corner unit is spacious and a great location. Huge deck. Decorated beautifully! Super clean! Can’t wait to plan our next trip back!!

We have been coming to Panama for years and this was by far the best stay we’ve had!! The condo was so clean and organized. The communication was great throughout the whole stay. The hosts really bent over backwards to accommodate all of our needs. 10/10 would recommend!!

Beautiful and CLEAN!

Gloria is such an amazing host. We had to delay our departure due to some bad weather along our path of travel, and she was so sweet to work with us. The condo is so well stocked, first one I’ve ever stayed in that had plenty of towels, anything you could need for cooking.. even a crockpot! But the most important thing to me is cleanliness. I’m usually one to clean a condo upon arrival because I am a clean-freak. But I didn’t have to here. This place was immaculate! Not a speck of dirt in site. 1st floor so no elevator wait (if you’ve ever stayed at Splash you know how important that is). The only issues I had (and they weren’t huge issues) was that one of the bedroom and one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t lock, and the front door doesn’t have a chain or any kind of additional lock to keep kiddos in (When you turn the handle, the deadbolt unlocks) so we had to put the little table in front of the door at night to make sure our littles didn’t escape. Again, these were only minor inconveniences. This place/host couldn’t have been more perfect, and we can’t wait to return next year!

We loved the first floor easy access and no long elevator wait when dinner rush and beach rush returned. Our condo was as described on the Vrbo site and the property mananager was easy to communicate with and get ahold of. Upon check in we noticed trash under the beds , and the shower was not clean, one leaked terrible out of the bottom of the door. The other issue we had was the washer was basically unusable due to the mildew and mold smell. That was a disappointment bc we didn’t pack like we weren’t going to be able to wash our clothes. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and the views were beautiful. We would stay again, but only if the wash gets fixed

A perfect place for us!

We loved staying at this property. It was the perfect size for the six of us! The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it was close enough to all of the fun places we wanted to visit, yet far enough away to give us space from some of the traffic. The beach was beautiful and only steps away from our room. The facilities were very clean. We loved the donuts at the coffee shop on site. We also enjoyed having dedicated seats on the beach available for the whole stay. We would definitely come back! The water pressure was the best of any place I have ever stayed!

Would definitely stay again

Gloria’s condo was the perfect spot for my family and our friend’s family during our recent vacation. The condo was perfect for all ages (infant, a toddler, two kids under 10, and 5 adults)! It was spacious to accommodate everyone with no complaints. It being on the first floor was the icing on top with young children. The Splash resort also provided the kids something more than just laying around the beach all day which they all throughly enjoyed. We all said we’d definitely come back to stay here. If you’re pondering booking with Gloria - don’t wait any longer and just do it. 10 out of 10 recommend! Gloria, From my family to you; thank you!

Perfect location

Our family loved this condo. Major perks: fast elevators, 1st floor ( with toddlers is a must) , very comfortable beds, shower and bathtub, and beach chair and umbrella provided. Its a very quick walk to the pools and beach. Our only dislike was the doors to the rooms didnt lock and the main door didnt have a high latch lock. We loved our stay and will certainly book again.

Great time

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean. We had so much space and I loved that the balcony stretched across the main living space and both main bedrooms. It was lovely to sit out there at all times of day. And because it’s a corner room, you have no privacy barrier on one side so the view goes on and on. Truly a dream. The interaction with the property owner was great. She was really helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our trip!

Gorgeous condo with amazing views!

My family stayed in this wonderful condo for a week in June. The condo was even better than the pictures and had such an amazing view of the gulf. The condo provided all the essentials and I was also impressed with how comfortable the beds and pillows were! It’s hard to find that. The condo is big enough so that 4 adults and 4 children are not on top of each other. Also, I can’t recommend enough renting a first floor unit. The elevator can get busy and we were able to walk right up one flight of steps to the condo with ease. The splash amenities were great for the kids too. I highly recommend booking this unit for your next stay!
