Beautiful Beach House

Blue Ocean Beach House is a beautiful house to enjoy a beautiful family vacation. This two-story house has 2000 sq ft. It’s composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, game room and laundry, as well as parking that accommodates 5 cars.

The house has 10 beds that can accommodate 16 people. Each room has mattresses, sheets and towels of the highest quality, television and Internet. And each bathroom has a hair dryer.

The patio has a beautiful terrace, pool, area for barbecue and fire pit where you can wind down and enjoy some quality family time.

This beautiful house is located in Panama City very close to 23rd street, the main street of the city and shopping centers. 8 miles from Capitan Anderson the main center of attraction for tourists in the city, where you can enjoy the best restaurants, do different types of guided excursions such as sailing to watch the sunset, the dolphins, going fishing, enjoying the Pirate Ship with your children, among other beautiful activities that are offered in this beautiful marina. Where a few feet away is the second entrance to the beach, where you can enjoy its fine sands and beautiful crystal clear waters. Everything is located just 9 miles from our house. Where you can spend a memorable vacation.

In order to offer the best quality time for everyone we do ask our tenants that no smoking is permitted inside the house. Thank you

We had an amazing stay. The house was everything we expected and more. The host was always available if we needed something. He even let us in a couple hours early which was much appreciated after our long drive. This will be our spot for future vacations. We had our kids over for dinners and the house was perfect in size. The game room was a great spot to hang out and enjoy being together. The location was central to our kids and grandkids and everything we needed was just a short trip away. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great spot!

Just as described in the listing. Great set up for our family with 5 adults and 4 kids (range 13 - 6). The pool was clean and a great benefit for the kids on the hot days. We made most our meals there and had almost everything we needed. It was a great location for our needs.

Florida 2025

They let us know we could check in early. They also let us check out late. That alone I would give a high rating. We love the pool, it was very clean, they had placed blow ups in the pool which kept us from running out and buying them. We had plenty of towels for all of us. 3 showers, washing machine and dryer They looked band new. All in all we loved it.

OK if you can get in...

We arrived in Panama City several hours before check-in, which VRBO says is 4. At 3:30 or so, I contacted the owner because we still had not received any check-in info. I got a generic text back saying the info with the code and the house would be ready at 4:30. Whatever, no biggie. We arrived at the house at 5:30-ish after working all day, and tried the code. It didn't work at all. Called the owner multiple times, texted multiple times, no response. In the meantime, after walking around the home, we did find the back door to be unlocked, so we let ourselves in. I did not tell the owner we got in, finally 2 hours later I get a text that said "it should work try it again" Litterally the ENTIRE stay we had to leave the back door unlocked because the door code would not work and after multiple attemps to reach the HO they finally brought a key and left it Thursday night and our check out was Friday @ 10... I feel like the other reviews I saw that said this home used to be great before they were trying to sell is correct. It seems like the owners didn't give a crap. The Pool was tinted green, so we didn't use it. The pool table is messed up and in a room with no AC. The stairs are so steep and small; use extreme caution. I know I've said a lot of bad things, but there were some good things too. The house was clean, AC worked well, the Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked well.

This property is up for sale, likely for a while. Seems as though the owners have given up on any improvements. I think they are just trying to make whatever they can as a vacation rental. It certainly isn't being cared for like a vacation rental. The grass was not mowed, front nor back. The fire pit is filled with cigarette butts.I had to clean up the back yard a bit. Broken plastic forks, wadded up aluminum foil, beer bottle caps, just bits and pieces of trash in the outside entertaining areas. Had to sweep the game room. Dried up worms all over. I understand when it rains, worms show up but these were dried up and just ignored by the cleaner. Also, the pool was treated/shocked on the day of arrival which made the water a bit harsh the first day. No batteries in the fan remote.The stairs are SCARY. Very narrow, steep stairs. Not good for children or the elderly at all. Again, a house that is up for sale. Not a well cared for vacation rental.

Just Right

The quality of the environment of the home was just right for our family. It provided all the necessary amenities for comfortability. The home supported family interactions with access to the pool, karaoke speaker, fire pit, grill, pool table and games like Bingo. The beds provided enough room for everyone. Towels were more than sufficient. A small part of the stairs were a little steep however the handrails complemented that. The home was easy to access and the neighborhood was nice. My family would stay here again.

Gorgeous home.

We got well rested. Peacefull and Beautiful place. Just one little detail that the pool was not clean. But overall the place was great. It was a little far from the beach.

Was a great place to stay for us, its enough to anywhere you wanna go without driving too far. The home itself was nicely kept and clean with plenty of spare linen and extra blankets. The beds were very comfortable
