What a delightful home.! Comfy and spacious bedrooms . Great one level home for a family with teens or little kids. Kitchen and dining area very nice, lots of space. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying time with family..the fenced in backyard was wonderful , we brought our dogs and they loved being outside.

Relaxing and beautiful weather. Liked that the beach was not crowded and that the backyard was fenced in for the dogs. The house was overall well-maintained, but the pots and pans needed attention before use.

Lovely and close to the beach

Property is well cared for and has plenty of room. Good location for access to the bike trail and the bay too Large fenced in yard was great for our standard poodle. Had a couple of minor issues. Reached out to Manny, was super responsive and cared for them quickly so had no impact. enjoyment enjoyment.

Great overall stay and experience!!

We had a wonderful experience with our trip- the house was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. The detached room was perfect for extra sleeping, the screened in porch perfect for rainy days. Check in and check out was easy and convenient but most importantly the owner kept us well informed of details and recommendations, plus made himself very accessible for any questions or needs we had! Definitely recommend! Thank you Manny for making our stay more enjoyable!

Florida getaway

Sea y’all at the cape rental was one of the better homes we have stayed in. Check in was smooth and no contact. It was perfect for us (my husband and myself) and our dogs. There’s a fenced in yard and a sliding door right in the ‘master’ bedroom for easy in and out access for potty breaks. Manny was just a text away with any concerns/questions we had regarding the house, and was helpful. The beach was a bit of a walk, but an easy one. The backpack beach chairs (in the shed) were a big plus! We spent hours at the beach each day with the dogs- there is a leash law, so be aware of that. Port St Joe was a great tourist town and had a lot of restaurants and stores, unfortunately, it is not walking distance and requires a car (15 min drive). All and all it was a great vacation!

Beautiful house

Loved my stay at Manny’s Cape San Blas beach house. The house and property are beautiful and located conveniently between Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas. There is a short walk to the beach that faces Bay San Blas. The walk is through a beautiful neighborhood and everyone is super friendly. I loved that the property is dog-friendly because I love bringing my dog to the beach with me! The house itself is spacious and clean with a large fenced in yard. Manny is a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place on Cape San Blas!

Perfectly Beachy

We had 5 people and one large dog. The beach was a bit of a walk but worth it for the pet friendly home and fenced in backyard. The driveway was large enough for our pontoon boat and two vehicles. Noone had any complaints as it was just perfect for us.

Peaceful stay in cape San Blas

Incredible place! We had a wonderful 5 days in cap San blas. The house was everything we needed for our crew of 7(2adults, 4 teens and dog). Plenty of space with a great backyard. Everything was clean and had plenty of kitchen equipment to grill and cook for all. Not to far from everything and best of all very quiet. Thanks Manny. Hope to see u again soon.

Incredible location, house, amenities and owners

We could not have asked for a better vaction spot. From the curated amenities and recommendations to the room to spread out as a family. Really close to beach and bay, close to restaurants and shopping. The owners were incredible. Beautiful home. Highly recommended.
