* Guest Confirmation Portal: After booking, you will receive a link to our Guest Portal. You must complete your reservation confirmation within 72 hours by providing contact information, adding your guests, uploading a photo of you holding your ID, and agreeing to our terms. Failure to complete this may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
* Pool Heating: The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $65 per day, plus tax. This service is optional and must be arranged and paid for separately after booking.
* Area Construction: Please be aware that construction is ongoing throughout the Panama City Beach and 30A areas. We cannot be held responsible for any noise or disturbances related to this.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies (1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 laundry pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and hand soap). Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed for their stay.
* Payment & Cancellation: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. We do not accept wire transfers or checks. The cancellation policy will be strictly enforced, and no additional refunds will be issued outside of this policy.

Driving Directions:
From Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) – Approx 18 Miles, 20-30 Mins
Exit the airport and take FL-388 W to FL-79 S.
Turn left onto FL-79 S and continue for about 6.6 miles.
Turn right on US-98 W (Back Beach Rd/Panama City Beach Pkwy) and continue for about 5.5 Miles
Turn right onto Palm Beach Dr, continue for 0.2 Miles
Turn right onto Lakeview Dr, then take the first left onto Landing Circle.

From Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) – Approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Take FL-85 N and W John Sims Pkwy to FL-20 E/E Hwy 20 in Niceville
Continue on E Hwy 20 for about 58 miles.
Turn right onto US-331 and follow this 9.8 Miles south to US-98
Turn left onto US-98 and continue for 15.7 Miles
Once you pass Publix, use the left turn lane to U-Turn and turn right onto Palm Beach Dr, continue for 0.2 Miles
Turn right onto Lakeview Dr, then take the first left onto Landing Circle.
