"Trifecta" Great Size for Family Vacation!

  • "Salty Springs" es una casa nueva, actualmente en construcción, pero lista para alquiler en diciembre de 2019. Con 10 habitaciones, 10. 5 baños, 6195 pies cuadrados, una piscina privada y está a solo unos pasos de la playa. Esta casa está ubicada en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach y es un lugar privilegiado para sus vacaciones en la playa. "Paradise Palms" está justo al lado de dos de nuestras casas de vacaciones que también están en construcción, "Sea Night y Paradise Palms". 

    El primer piso cuenta con 2 dormitorios. Una habitación con literas Queen over King con baño privado. El segundo dormitorio al otro lado del pasillo tiene 6 camas individuales y un espacio para gatear, un lugar divertido para los niños. 

    Dirígete al segundo piso donde encontrarás la cocina principal que cuenta con 2 refrigeradores, 2 hornos, 2 mesas de comedor y una gran sala de estar. También habrá 2 dormitorios con baños en suite, así como la lavadora / secadora. Una es una habitación king y la segunda es una litera Twin sobre Twin. 

    En el tercer piso habrá 4 dormitorios; 1 king con vista al mar con un gran baño privado, otro dormitorio king y 2 literas, todas con baño privado. Las literas serán una litera Twin sobre Queen y la segunda será una litera Queen over Queen. Este piso también tendrá otra lavadora / secadora.

    El piso superior tendrá un enorme rey principal con zona de estar separada con baño privado y vistas al océano. El otro lado de la hermosa casa tendrá 6 gemelos para que los niños se reúnan y se diviertan.

We loved the property. We had issues with the elevator all week. Someone came to fix it, but then it stopped working again. The only thing we really wished we had was a bigger grill to cook on. Other than that we loved it.

Great property for multi-family stay with the number of bedrooms and beds available. The number of bathrooms is also a plus. The pool is a little small but worked fine for our stay since we didn’t have as many kids. The only thing was that the common areas with the couches and chairs had stains on them which made them feel not very clean. The rooms were clean though. I do understand that it’s hard to keep up furniture for a beach house but it was a bit off-putting. A few maintenance issues occurred but communication was easy with the management company and everything was taken care of pretty promptly. Access to the beach was the highlight. Overall a good stay though.

We spent a week at this house in the Summer of '25. There was plenty of space for 5 families to spread out with room to spare. The house was clean and the kitchen had all of the appliances and utensils you could need. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

AMAZING property right on the beach!

This property was so great and the management team was super communicative! Other than accidentally giving us the wrong code for check-in, everything else couldn’t have gone better! So spacious, so many bathrooms, and direct access to beach from the back porch!

Excellent Property -1 thing elevator only goes to 3rd floor

This was the most wonder place I think I have ever stayed, we had a family reunion with 23 people ranging from 3 - 94 years of age. There was so much room that we never felt crowded. Such a lovely time, views are AMAZING. You can watch the sunrise from bed in the 4th floor Master, only issue was elevator stopped on 3rd floor so anyone going to 4th floor needs to be in shape to do so. I didn't notice that in information but that might be my fault. So blessed to have stayed here and hope others make as many wonderful memories as we all did.

Family vacation

wonderful Only problem was the boardwalk to the beach. The steps on the walk are undefined and irregular. There is also no railing. I missed a step o this and fell off - no damage. My wife missed a step and fell resulting in a trip to the ER and stiches in her head. I would suggest you mark the steps on the boardwalk and add a railing.

2022 Evans Flooring Company Trip

We had an amazing time! A lot of my team had never seen the beach before, let alone stayed right on it. I travel many times a year and stay in various places, this was by far my best stay! The house was very clean, lots of utensils, bedding, pillows and towels. If I would make one suggestion would be offer beach towels that would be the only thing I would change which is very minor but would have been very helpful 😊 BEWARE OF OUTLAW RENTALS!!!! They are complete scam artists!!!!! We like many before us, didn’t get our deposit back. Not only that we were charged several hundred dollars for minor scratches that were obviously there prior.

Good

Every thing was good. We had two three issue while stay. Whether was cold and windy. Pool was not getting hot. Also one room light was off. Bathroom fan turn on and light go off two time in three days. Over all house was good but price wise we can not enjoy pool. We paid 6k and have coupe issues. They try to fix but same thing bad again.

Family Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect! The property was very nice and fit our 25 family members very comfortably. We had a wonderful time and made many happy memories!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home but small improvements would have made our stay better. The sectional in the main family room is awful. It is very uncomfortable and feels like you are sitting on the floor. There is more seating in the home but this is where everyone congregates. The washing machines worked great but the dryers on both floors were awful. It took hours for clothing to dry unless you only dry two items at a time. It also would have been nice to have a little bit of dishwasher detergent on hand. This is something you don’t know you need until you need it. Maybe we over looked this but we did not realize that the house was located on a public beach. A lot of money to spend to have people set up a huge volleyball net right infront of our steps to the beach.
