¡ESTA UNIDAD INCLUYE UN JUEGO DE SILLAS DE PLAYA GRATUITAS CON PARAGUAS DEL 1 DE MARZO AL 31 DE OCTUBRE!

A partir del 21/10 y hasta el 13/12, la piscina Lagoon y la piscina East Polynesian estarán cerradas por mantenimiento. La piscina oeste, ubicada entre las torres 3 y 4, permanecerá abierta.

¡El cálido sol de Florida y la fresca brisa del océano lo esperan en este hermoso condominio en la esquina de la torre del quinto piso en Long Beach Resort! Esta unidad cuenta con muebles de lujo e increíbles vistas de pared a pared, de piso a techo frente al mar desde todas las habitaciones de este paraíso de 1400 pies cuadrados. La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos cómodos con un sofá de cuero suave, loveseat y una silla de gran tamaño para ver la nueva televisión de pantalla plana. En el dormitorio principal, hay una cama king size con colchón nuevo con pillow-top y TV de pantalla plana y en el segundo dormitorio, dos camas queen size con colchones nuevos y TV de pantalla plana. Cada habitación también tiene su propio baño privado de tamaño completo con una gran bañera de jardín de mármol y tocadores de mármol con lavamanos para él / ella, las duchas tienen puertas de vidrio sin costuras. La sala de estar / comedor y las dos habitaciones se abren a un enorme balcón privado con vista a 1300 pies de playa de arena blanca, los muebles del balcón son completamente nuevos. Disfrute de la gran piscina de la laguna (6800 pies cuadrados) con islas tropicales y cascadas (ubicadas entre las torres 2 y 3), dos piscinas polinesias (climatizadas según la temporada), tres jacuzzis, bar junto a la piscina y parrilla (de temporada), jet ski / paraguas en el lugar alquiler de sillas, acceso privado y seguridad las 24 horas con amplio estacionamiento. Estamos cerca de todos los excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, parques de atracciones, campos de golf y, si olvida algo, no se preocupe, ¡Super Wal Mart está al otro lado de la calle!

Prettiest week ever for summer vacation!!! The ocean was crystal clear all week! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Condo in a good location. Kim’s Condo’s was so easy to work with. She and her staff are great!

The condo overall was very good overall. Had a couple of issues that was solved very quickly by host. Probably needs a few more instructions about controls of the different tvs in each room. The gate to beach chairs and one of pools was close but main pool was a little farther walk. The food bar was closed most of the week but opened later in week. The overall experience was great other than rain !!!

Long Beach Resort is by far my favorite place to stay in PCB and this condo upheld my expectations. The spacious layout was perfect for working remotely and each guest had the same ocean views from the bedrooms. From the beautiful furnishings to the amazing balcony, this place very quickly became my happy place. I didn’t want to leave!

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Condo looked exactly as pictured. The two master suites were perfect for us. The condo is large and we enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on making it an annual event. Highly recommend this rental

The condo is beautifully decorated. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The shower had hair in it, the floors are filthy (will turn your feet black). The shower also had a moldy tile that I thought was gonna fall at any time. The kids loved the big pool (although it had lots of debris in it from the surrounding trees). It definitely needs to be cleaned out more than once a day. The beds are comfortable and condo has very nice views of the ocean from both rooms. We loved the flip flop room. Overall I would stay here again and plan to come back.

The location and property were perfect and we loved how both rooms had amazing beach views. The beach chair rentals were a huge plus. There was a female security guard who was so pleasant and instantly made us feel welcomed. She definitely was a unexpected delight with our stay.

This listing did not disappoint! Pictures are spot on, right on the beach. We did not use the pool, we were only here for a couple of days, but it is beautifully remodeled, huge kitchen, large bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. Do take beach towels, we forgot ours! Balcony is spacious and a great place to relax.

The condo was very nice. The location is awesome, in large part because it is just inside the envelope where most of the Air Force fly-bys do their turn, so you can watch the planes fly west, make their turn, and back east to the base. It was like a little air show every day, loved it. Facilities were nice. Didn't touch the pool. Just minutes to the county fishing pier, which is nice, happened to be there at the right time to catch a few Spanish Mackerel and some squid. Didn't try surf fishing. Condo was well furnished, beds were reasonably comfortable. They had TV with a lot of channels, so wifey got to watch the HGTV some, which she liked. I had to work, wi-fi was quite adequate for video calls and file transfers.

Very pleased with our stay. Condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows make this condo better than average. We also enjoyed the clean carpeted bedrooms and comfy beds. The property is well maintained and the heated pools are nice! . Highly recommmended!

I think it probably could of been cleaned better. Hair in the bathroom, stuff in frig. The balcony door is sticking. The facet in the kitchen needs to be looked at it is loose. I

Vacation with our family in PCB every summer. Kim’s condos exceeded our expectations which made for a relaxing week at the beach with all the comforts of home. Looking forward to next year.

We have been coming to PCB for over 15 years and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at!! There is not one bad or negative thing we can say. The condo is clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We absolutely loved the balcony space, the beds were comfortable, the included beach chairs were so nice, the elevators were quick and the beach was big enough that we were all spread out and not crowded like most resorts. Security is active but not over bearing, parking is fantastic!!! We will always rent this exact condo every year!!! We have found our vacation home away from home!!!

We had a leak problem with the upstairs condo, we called, emailed the problem and it wasn't handled right away, technicians showed up next day and left equipment socking out water from sofa and carpet it was midnight when I had to unplug the equipment it was way too laud.
