  • "Tan Lines" es una casa de ensueño frente al mar, lista para su estadía. Ubicado en el hermoso extremo oeste de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá. Tan Lines es una hermosa casa de 6 habitaciones, 6 baños completos / 2 medios baños, con capacidad para 24 personas. Situado en la playa con piscina privada. Esta casa se encuentra al lado de "Sun Daze" y "30A Away".

    * Calor de la piscina por un cargo adicional.

    * Todas las reservas de reserva instantánea que no cumplan con nuestras pautas de reserva deberán ajustarse o cancelarse. Por favor envíe una consulta si no está seguro de sus fechas.

    * Ofrecemos alquileres de vacaciones por 3-7 + noches en todas nuestras casas. A continuación se muestra una lista de las fechas de alquiler requeridas de 7 noches:

    2019:
    Verano: 26 de mayo - 10 de agosto de 2019 (domingo - domingo)
    Vacaciones de otoño: del 28 de septiembre al 18 de octubre de 2019 (sábado a sábado)

    2020:
    Vacaciones familiares: del 14 de marzo al 3 de abril de 2020 (sábado a sábado)
    Verano: del 17 de mayo al 15 de agosto de 2020 (domingo a domingo)

    Pase al interior, donde encontrará en el primer piso una sala de estar con TV, un refrigerador adicional, medio baño y cocina.  Sal por la puerta de atrás hacia la espaciosa cubierta trasera con mucho espacio para tomar el sol, asar a la parrilla en la parrilla de carbón o mirar las olas. 

    El gran segundo piso de la casa incluye la sala de estar principal con un sofá cama doble, una cocina gourmet completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un medio baño y un amplio comedor. El gran plano de planta abierto permite que todos formen parte del grupo, mientras disfrutan de las vistas del océano. En este nivel hay 1 habitación king con baño privado y acceso a la terraza, así como 1 habitación con cama tamaño queen sobre king con baño.  El área de la piscina y la terraza se encuentran justo afuera de la puerta en el nivel de vida principal del segundo piso. Tan Lines cuenta con una hermosa terraza con asientos y comedor. Disfruta de las pintorescas puestas de sol desde este nivel.  

    En el tercer piso, encontrará 2 maestros reyes excepcionales con en-suites.  Ambas habitaciones tienen vistas prístinas del océano y puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen al balcón del piso superior. Relájese en la sala de estar adicional con dos sillas para dormir. El 3er piso también tiene un rincón de literas personalizado con un juego de literas completo / doble / doble y una habitación king adicional. Relájese en el rey o la reina sobre la habitación con literas con baño en suite.

    Tan Lines está equipado con todos los toques personales del hogar.  Esta casa es perfecta para que familias numerosas o grandes disfruten de la belleza de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá.

    Tan Lines es 1 de las 3 casas que se sientan juntas.  Perfecto para grupos que necesitan espacio adicional. Por favor mire nuestras otras casas Sun Daze y 30A Away.

    ^ Requisitos de edad: todas las casas de vacaciones de Holiday Beach Rental son alojamientos familiares, salvo que la Administración otorgue excepciones de manera explícita.  No se alquilarán viviendas a estudiantes o solteros menores de 25 años, a menos que estén acompañados por un padre o tutor que permanezca en la vivienda durante el período de alquiler.  La violación de esta política resultará en el desalojo inmediato y la confiscación de todos los pagos de alquiler.  De acuerdo con el Capítulo del Estado de Florida, las reservas realizadas con una falsa pretensión son nulas e inválidas y no se permitirá el registro de entrada o se solicitará a los huéspedes que desalojen el alojamiento.  Esta política incluye las reservas hechas por los padres o tutores que no se registran y / o se van durante la noche durante la duración de la estancia.

Thanksgiving

A great house for a family vacation. The pool on the main level makes it easy to monitor the children. Kids surprisingly loved the bunkbeds in the hallway, which gave the bedrooms to the adults.

Family beach vacation

We had an amazing time at “Tan lines”. We loved the closeness of the beach. Kids loved the pool on 2nd level. House was wonderfully stocked for accommodating 12 family members. Would definitely visit again.

Annual beach adventure

Tan Lines was perfect for our family! It was on the beach, close to the airport and grocery, and had a pool. Our group of 12 had more than enough room to be together or apart depending on the time of day. We even extended our trip by an extra day once we got here! Tan Lines was the perfect place to make a memory!

Awesome Stay

Property is exactly as advertised. Amazing location right on beach. House was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for larger groups. It was a great space for our family of four. You can definitely sleep 26 but the perfect size of group would probably be 10-12. We will definitely stay at Tan Lines our next time in Florida.

Beautiful Beach -Just needs a few things.

We had a great time with a family of 10 including two young kids. The property was on a beautiful quiet beach with walk out direct to the beach which was awesome. fit our party very comfortable. I’m not sure i would say it held many more than that. While there were beds for more kids the table was for 10 and the outdoor table was only for 6 and the living room held 6. The couch really needs to be replaced, the cushions are very used with no solid cushion left. The kitchen had great variety of things and we found everything we needed. The beds and the pillows weren’t horribly comfortable I think they are due for replacement, especially the pillows, none of us liked them. My biggest disappointment, while small overall, is that for all the money we paid we had to bring our beach towels as there were none and we had to buy chairs sand toys and a canopy as it was cheaper than what they affected for rent. To me for what was paid this should be included. Overall a great time was had by all and we would consider returning.

Tanlines Experience

The pool alarm needs a shut off button, this alarm itself will make you never want to stay at this house again. It’s so Loud, and honestly I think it was installed for air conditioning reasons to keep the door shut for lower electricity bill. This is my only complaint, the rest of the home was beautiful and amazing.

Great beach front property! Spacious, clean and comfy. Plenty of TV's and space for 10-12 people. Furniture is on its last legs, but you'll spend your quality time at the beach.

House was great disappointed with property management.

The house is amazing with amazing views. Easy access to the beach was one of the main reasons we decided to book this house. However, the property management company never notified us that there was a chance that the beach renourishment could impact our stay. I know that this is out of their control but they could have warned us and let us make that decision. So we ended up having to walk almost a mile down the beach to get away from the construction along with having to hear the construction crews at night as they worked 24hrs. We contacted the company and they offered zero solutions.

Wonderful vacation

We absolutely loved Tanlines house! We even stayed an extra day because we didn’t want to leave! The convenience of having the beach right out your door is priceless. Home was clean, and fit our family perfect! Can’t wait to visit again!

Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Very uncomfortable chairs on the decks and no lounge chairs. The main seating area was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was good but not distributed well, one bedroom was very warm and across the hall the bedroom and bath very cold. Overall we would stay again if the furniture was corrected.

Great house

Great stay! House was wonderful, beach was fantastic! Loved the 2nd level pool and all the ice makers WITH blender to make great drinks. House provides a lot of bath towels, pillows, plates, bowls, and other things like....steak knives which was also nice. Smoker doesn't have the smoke plate for indirect heat. Works great as a grill but it did need to be cleaned first. Had a small issue with the dryer but it was taken care of promptly. We will definitely be considering this property and others by Holiday Beach Rentals in the future! Great vacation!

Beautiful with few issues

We really had a great time at tan lines. It is an amazing house. We did have a few issues. One of the master bedrooms had a bed that had weak slats which resulted in me waking up by falling through the bed, EVERY morning and I only weigh 155lbs. The other issue was, the dryer went out the day before we were supposed to leave which led to us having to hang our wet clothes on the balcony to dry. Someone did come quickly but she was not able to fix it and we did not see anyone else the rest of our stay to fix it. Last issue that has nothing to do with the house.. the house is pretty far off the main strip which we enjoyed but we could not find any pizza delivery places that would deliver to us. Only local place (bubbas) that would deliver to us, did not have a driver the night we were wanting to order. Other than that, it really was an amazing experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Paradise in Panama City

Incredible home with breathtaking views. I'm giving it 5 stars and I would stay there again but.... there were a few things that I would change. The main level family room needs a much larger sectional couch, there is not enough seating for the amount of people the home holds and the rotating chairs are in need of repair. If you are dreaming of hanging out in the family room, doors and windows open to the outside, listening to waves crashing on the beach.... that isn't going to happen because the sliding door can't be open for more that 3 seconds without a crazy loud alarm going off because the pool is on that patio. Extremely unfortunate because I was really looking forward to that experience. Let's talk about the pool.... it's freezing cold and you have to pay to have it heated.... several hundred dollars to heat it for our stay. No rear landscaping. The lower level of the home was completely unused our entire stay. There were no spices in the spice cabinet, not enough flatware for the amount if people in the home, dishwasher didn't work well at all, minimal toilet paper, trash bags or toiletry itemsI am extremely critical because I am a Realtor and designer that specializes in luxury vrbo and air b&b homes.
