Pros: close to the beach, right off the elevator, washer/dryer, plenty of towels. Cons: parking spots are small, front door falling apart, one of the balcony doors coming apart, rust everywhere, shower head does not move, holes in bedroom, garbage disposal and dishwasher smelt horrid.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is really spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the views were amazing. I really appreciated that there were beach chairs in the hall closet for our use and that the bedroom closets were roomy with lots of hangers. We had plenty of towels and the place was nice and clean upon arrival. We discovered the morning after arrival that the coffee pot was not working properly. I messaged the property manager and a replacement was delivered immediately. The only reason this condo did not earn 5 stars is that it is a bit "worn". It could just use a bit of sprucing up by a handyman. However, it is still a good value with easy check in, good communication, and comfortable accomodations.

Very nice condo, wonderful ocean view, convenient to eateries. Only issue when putting dishes away I found a handgun in the cupboard. Called a contact, he notified the police and they came and got the gun.
