The condo was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately the washer did not work, and it never got fixed, the whole 7 days we were there.

Summit Room 222

There was no water pressure to the get sink therefore we couldn’t use the washing machine. There was very low pressure in the bedroom bathroom as well.

Could have been better.

We enjoy the amenities of the Summit. Our room was ok, the furniture was stained. The master bed needs a new mattress, there is a lump in the middle of it. The bathrooms were dated but overall we had a good trip. We got to enjoy the pool, beach and the fresh seafood.

GREAT!!

THIS CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMELLED FRESH, RIGHT AMOUNT OF TOWELS FOR AMOUNT OF PPL STAYING, STOVE - ONLY ONE BURNER WORKS - AND DRYER DOESNT DRY VERY WELL, HAD TO DRY TOWELS ON A LONGER TIMED DRY TO GET THEM TO DRY. BUT OVERALL ID STAY HERE AGAIN!! LOVED THE COLORS AND FURNITURE WAS COMFORTABLE TOO!

Comfy condo on the beach. Lovely view of the gulf from the balcony. Direct access to the beach. Loads of good restaurants near by. Great place as advertsed.

Road Trip Family Vacation

Unit itself is in a great location but the building overall is dated but enjoyable. The unit did provide us with starter items such as TP, paper towels, dish soap ect. but if you are required to provide additional. We LOVED our stay and got exactly what we expected. Beautiful outdoor space with pool, beach and hot tub access. Easy walk to restaurants and safe overall feel.

Condo

The condo was filthy. Bed uncomfortable. No ice maker. Had a dehumidifier on top of the refrigerator than was loud and ran constantly. Couldn't hear the tv it was so loud.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall resort is what it is. It gets the job done Always love the on-site tiki bar and eats. It was a hot week but the room stayed cool! Definitely the biggest plus to our trip, after previous years of air not working properly in other rooms. Bed was comfy. The kids enjoyed the built in bunk beds. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The only reason for the 3 stars on cleanliness was because there were Cheeto balls under the dresser in the bedroom, left over streamers on pictures and walls and the washer smelt of mildew. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Worth the money

We took a quick trip for spring break and overall it was was worth it. The stove burners didn’t work well enough to boil water but the oven worked fine. I had to clean out the filter in the bottom of the washing machine in order to wash laundry because it would not drain but I got that going and it was fine. The other appliances worked well enough. The staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Overall it was a nice trip.
