The master bedroom opens up to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and take in the unobstructed breathtaking views of the Gulf Coast's sugar-white sands. Wake up to the sunrise as you watch the waves crash on the shore or wind down in the evening with a stunning sunset from your king-size bed. The bedroom also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower and can be closed off from the rest of the unit for added privacy. In the living room, you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa, and just steps away is the second full bathroom, which includes a fantastic walk-in glass shower—perfect for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. Leeward, perfectly situated at the quite side of the resort, is only 6 stories high (with 2 elevators) and shares a pool (heated in the winter) only with its twin building, Windward, designed specifically for providing a retreat of convenience, privacy, and relaxation. Enjoy an array of resort-style amenities, including Plexicushion tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness room, and a relaxing community pool with hot tubs. Take advantage of the on-site restaurant, tee off at the 9-hole executive golf course, or unwind at the community center.
