The Inn at St. Thomas Square is a truly unique vacation destination, located just across the street from one of the world's most beautiful beaches along the magnificent Grand Lagoon. The European Villa and plaza offers luxury comforts, including a shared pool, tennis courts, and boat dock set in a quaint, relaxing atmosphere. Bring your boat or wave runner, or rent one to explore nearby St. Andrews Bay and Shell Island! Rest easy on the Murphy bed, and gather around a wooden bistro table for two at mealtime. Enjoy a pancake breakfast in bed or a romantic seafood meal! This 212 sq. footage studio offers a complete kitchenette with a stainless-steel cooktop ideal for easy cleanup, a miniature sink, oven, stovetop, and garbage disposal. Adjacent to the kitchenette is a cupboard microwave, toaster, and coffee pot so you can start your mornings off with coffee and warm up leftovers from the restaurant the night before. The miniature refrigerator doubles as a media center with a TV on top! Built-in bookshelves and drawers allow for extra storage, and multiple closets are located throughout the studio to keep you organized and comfortable for extended stays. The bathroom is spacious with a full tub and shower so that you can enjoy a nice soak after a day out in the sand, wind, and sun!

The charming studio features a convenient location with minimum frills so you can spend your time exploring the Gulf of Mexico and Florida's hottest nightclubs! Fun attractions like Zoo World and Ripley's Believe it or Not! are just minutes away. Outside, the resort grounds are lovely, with flowering trees and hedge-lined pathways. Dine at the Mexican bar and grill on resort grounds or enjoy a wine tasting from Panama City Beach Winery! Walk across the street to the sugary white sands and pitch your gear for a fun-filled day of sun. Plan a day trip to Panama City and Historical St. Andrews, which offers fishing vessels and boutiques.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great if you are little

Cute little place. Easy access to the beach and main strip. The mini fridge was not working correctly and the ac was very loud. Tiny tub and shower, my husband is 6’3 and had a little trouble because it was really to small to turn around in. Decor was very nice! Unfortunately we had a found a couple of German roaches. Fortunately not to many or that would have been a problem! The elevator was broken and going to be down 4-6 weeks. Wish I had known. I have very bad knees and back. I made it though. All the rooms are on the second floor and up. It is a studio apartment so there was a bed. It was very close to the floor. We stayed gone all day. The restaurants were very good that we choose and the scenery. Directions on how to check-out was not very clear. We left at 6am but didn’t get a text about checking out until much later.

Great place and just as listed and pictured

The place was easy to get to especially as the entrance was on a side street off the main drags. We were thankful also that it’s a gated property. The room was as advertised and pictured, but just for a short stay it’s a perfect place. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, so can cook some small stuff and a small fridge and freezer If it had a little 2 burner counter top deal, it would be better.

The room was not very clean and the bed was uncomfortable. Fridge had no freezer to keep I've frozen

I enjoy the Inns at St. Thomas Square. It's close to the beach and the pool area was very clean. My particular condo was very disappointing. I have stayed in a condo exactly like that one so I knew how small they were and what to kind of expect. That particular condo was not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. When one travels to the beach, they bring coolers etc... the mini frindge had no freezer to keep ice frozen. Over all satasfied with the grounds, just not that particular room.

Decent, Needs renovations done

The bed in this room was old and crotchety, the closet door was broken, TV was old, no flooring (like carpet or tile), had a mini fridge that was built in and it was rusting inside all over, the second portable mini fridge was fine, dishes and pots/pans were clean, the paper towel holder thing fell out of the wall like 5 times, bathroom was nice and towels were all clean. I was told a parking pass was gonna be left to me in the room but there wasn’t one. Pool passes were there, but the Sauna room was down for repairs. Worked out for a poor college kid but would not recommend for anyone willing to put forth the extra money.

A place to sleep

We agree this place is very small. You get what you pay for. When we arrived we found that there is no carpet on the floor. There is no tile on the floor. It appeared as though the flooring had been removed. The glue markings from the previous flooring was very visible. Because of this we could feel grit under our feet as soon as we got there. While we understand there is a beach there and the sand is hard to manage, we didn't like having to wipe our feet to remove grit from our feet and the floor that someone else left behind. We requested a broom and we cleaned the floor from the previous guests. It could have been an honest oversight. It wasn't pleasant either way. The best things about this place are that it is gated which makes you feel safe and the beach access was good. Thank you

This was the worst vacation I've ever had

They were supposed to give me a gate pass number and they didn't. It took me over an hour to have someone help me. I got a code from another owner. I called VRBO and they didn't call me back until the next day. I locked my keys out of the unit and they never called me back. I couldn't get the key back into the lock box, so I just left it on the table. The TV remote didn't work. The bedspread was dirty. It was just not a pleasant experience. I will never use your company again.
