- Parking & wristbands: A one-time fee of $103.68 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

- This unit is NOT pet friendly.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The condo is in a very good location and in pretty good condition , kitchen facilities are great (no keurig coffee machine ), check in was very easy and fast, we had all the info necessarily and communication was very good. The AC was a little downside, the temp was never down from 78F. Good experience overall.

Family Vacu

We enjoyed our stay and felt we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We felt the air wasn’t working quite the best the first 2 days but assumed the unit didn’t cool well with the a note stating not to turn below 72. We didn’t want to complain but finally spoke up and they sent someone out very quickly and it actually needed tuning up some. I was very pleased with their response and concern, as again we didn’t want to come across as complaining. We came down for a family vacation that we don’t get to do often, and celebrated our oldest son graduating high school. We enjoyed our stay and wish it wasn’t coming to an end. The elevators were a little tricky/busy in the beginning and we didn’t have clear directions from the front staff on how to navigate everything but once it was figured out it was a breeze. We look forward to coming back again, hopefully sooner than later

Vacation Relaxation

1125 met our families needs. Nicely decorated, and comfortable beds We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony.Communications with property owners were easy to follow. Great location near Pineapple Willys and Walmart. We were able to walk. Easy walk to the beach.Likely to choose this place again in the future.
