Coastal Beach Retreats is excited to present this ninth-floor condo located in Tower 1 at the one-and-only Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. This condo is completely remodeled and features nautical navy and white decor and an open layout perfect for close friends or families.

Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon pool and 110 acres of beachfront and the Gulf from the living room and kitchen/dining areas of the condo. The living area features comfy seating and a huge flatscreen TV with cable. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and all new stainless steel appliances plus all you need for cooking meals or preparing snacks for the beach. An island offers seating for two and the dining table alongside it can seat 6. Enjoy your days at the beach with ease: six comfortable beach chairs, a beach umbrella, eight beach towels, and a Tommy Bahama shoulder ice chest are provided for your convenience, so you can relax and soak up the sun without any extra hassle.

Just outside the living room/dining area, open the sliding door to your private balcony and enjoy the breeze and salty air.

Our master bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen TV, and fully remodeled bathroom. Our guest room has a queen bed and flatscreen TV. Twin over full bunk beds are tucked into a nook in the hallway and two more guests can enjoy a gel foam queen sleeper sofa. In-unit washer/dryer are ideal for drying your bathing suits or freshening up your outfits throughout your stay. High-speed wifi keeps you connected during your stay.

The nautical decor and shiplap are beachfront perfect--clean, fresh, crisp. This condo is one of the most stunning at the complex.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage hold placed on a debit/credit card in the renter's name. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. This property has a Ring peephole camera installed in the front door, providing added security by recording activity outside the entrance. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Beachside you’ll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. Across the resort pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course and Pro Shop. Enjoy complimentary access to a range of top-tier amenities at the resort, including the fitness center, basketball court, 11 Pools (10 heated seasonally), 10 plexicushion tennis courts, 10 shuffleboard, and 5 pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

We needed to get out of Tennessee and have clean running water for one of our daughters that had a pretty serious arm infection after the floods devastated our area of Northeast TN. We decided to try to make the best of it and go to the beach with the kids. We looked at many rooms and options and settled on Edgewater. My wife and I stayed there on our honeymoon 15+ years ago. I was a bit concerned about the elevators but we had no problems at all on the trip and only had to wait for an elevator one time (our last day - after the beginning of Fall Break). The condo was great, very spacious, and well decorated. Everything was as described in the listing description and it actually was bigger than I expected the room to be. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was very nice as we don't have that at home. The host was very responsive and followed up to make sure everything was going well with us. I couldn't recommend this room any more highly if you want to stay at the Edgewater. Great experience. And I also want to give a shoutout to security who kept any craziness to a minimum down at the lagoon pool and on the grounds. They put a stop to several rowdy groups of people over the course of our stay and it was refreshing to see people actually have to act like somebody and not make complete idiots of themselves.

Had an exceptional experience at Sailor’s Delight. The property owner was very welcoming and responsive. The condo itself was very clean and well kept. It was clear a lot of love and thought went into the rental. The Edgewater resort itself had all the amenities you could wish for, and the location was ideal for families. Would definitely consider a second stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to others. Our best VRBO experience by far!

My family and I stayed there for fall break last week. From the time we booked, we received personal texts from the owner and were invited and encouraged to respond with any questions we had leading up to the trip. Just before the arrival, he prepared us for everything and asked questions that were relevant to the arrival process. During the stay, he was available if we needed anything, but otherwise unobtrusive. The condo was VERY CLEAN and everything was in great condition. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The condo is exactly as pictured, well appointed and excellent location. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved watching the water from the comfy recliners in the morning. Charley was a fantastic host with easy and friendly communication. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back

Condo was great for our 2 young girls. They loved the bunk beds almost more than the pool. Charley was a great host and ensured everything was perfect. Great resort for a family vacation. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the Panama area.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect, the beds, linens, pillows, etc were all soooo lovely and comfy I hate my bed now :) Charley really worked with us to get an early check in which made the day so much better after being in the car for so long. The resort itself is very nice, and the elevators were great! Never packed like others we stayed at. It really was the perfect vacation for our family! Thank you for doing such a great job in providing us the perfect place to stay for our summer vacay!

Charley and Karla were wonderful hosts! The condo is absolutely stunning. They truly went out of their way to think of everything to make your stay very homey. They provide beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and many other thoughtful touches that I have never encountered in other condos I have rented. Charley was wonderful to communicate directly with me from the time we submitted the rental request through the time we were checking out. The personal touch was very nice and a much better experience than I’ve had with rental companies in the past. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook a few meals in the condo during our stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the tv in each bunk was a terrific touch that allowed each child to entertain themselves during down time. The beds were extremely comfortable as was the living room furniture. We had a great vacation, and hope to make this condo our vacation destination again next summer!

I was very much pleased with the property it met my expectations. Charlie made things a lot easier with his communications great job. The other thing I would like to change is karaoke on every Tuesday it is so loud. They could definitely tone it down . Kathy R

My family of four along with my mother and father in law got to enjoy Sailor’s Delight for a week during spring break! We have stayed at many condos/resorts in Panama City Beach but this has been our favorite so far. The condo was beautifully decorated and everything was exactly as described. The owner was helpful with any questions I had and was able to get us checked in early. The resort was well maintained and had everything we needed. We didn’t need to leave the resort unless we wanted to. My husband loves to play golf so that was a major bonus to have a small course to boost his confidence lol Overall, it was an absolutely amazing condo and we will be back to visit again!

This property is exactly what I expected and hoped for based on the reviews and photos. It was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. My youngest son (12) loved the bunks. The beach was very nice and not too crowded, and the prettiest white sand I've ever seen. My only complaint is that the beds had a plastic sheet under the regular sheet which I find very uncomfortable. Just a personal preference - the bed and bedding were comfortable otherwise. I would definitely recommend overall.

My daughter and I stayed at Sailors Delight from December 18-24. It was our first time at PCB. Obtaining our parking pass was easy as was using the keypad door. Edgewater is a phenomenal property and everything on site is easily accessible. Sailors Delight is absolutely gorgeous! The view from this condo is stunning!! The living room has floor to ceiling windows and there are two sets of sliding doors, also floor to ceiling. When you put the shades up, you have a completely unobstructed view of the gulf; a panoramic view that is breathtaking!! The decor is classy & the paint pallet is stunning with bright white and navy blue; the use of the white shiplap really adds to the beach feel. The furniture throughout the condo is definitely in style! The living room couches & recliners were so comfortable & there were extra blankets to cozy up with; we had no problem relaxing in the condo!! Our beds were so comfy, like sleeping on clouds; the linens were soft and there were plenty of pillows. All of the bathroom linens were fluffy and super soft, and the shower in the master bathroom was amazing! It had a ton of space and the floor in the shower felt kind of like a foot massage! The kitchen was gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The lighting in the kitchen/dining area was really neat; they are on dimmer switches so we could adjust the lighting to our personal preferences. We didn’t use them, but the bunk area in the hallway was so cute! Both the top and bottom bunk has it’s own TV with Roku, and it’s own lighting. My daughter is 5’7” tall and she tested the bunk to see if she would fit; not only did she fit, but she had extra room! She said it didn’t feel cramped at all and that the mattress was comfy. The bunks could be for kiddos or adults! The balcony was the perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee and iced tea in the afternoon/evening with it’s chairs, a loveseat, and table. There were pillows for added comfort. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, extra storage with beach chairs/toys, kitchen pantry, walk-in closet in the master, and spacious closet in the other bedroom. The only thing we had to purchase was our grocery items and some extra paper products. Charley & Karla are amazing! A special thanks to Karla for adding cute winter decor and a beautiful fully decorated Christmas tree!! It was so thoughtful! We enjoyed our stay at Sailors Delight and look forward to staying again!!

As our kids are getting older, we decided that Christmas would be for making memories….by traveling, which brought us to PCB and Sailors Delight! The place was immaculate and just as pictured and decorated for Christmas!! Charlie was easy to work with and so kind and responsive! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! We can’t wait to go back and WILL be back!
