The space

Welcome to 'Backstage Pass!'

This stunning coastal retreat is just ONE house from the sand, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location!

As you arrive, step through the carport and into the private backyard oasis, featuring a private heated pool, spa, and sun loungers. Underneath the covered patio is a cozy outdoor fireplace, outdoor dining area, and a built-in summer kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and mini fridge - - perfect for meals and cocktails al fresco by the pool!

On the first floor, you'll find a peaceful guest suite with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There's also a half bathroom and a laundry room on this floor for your convenience.

The second floor is the heart of the home, opening up to a bright and airy living room that features a cozy fireplace and large glass doors that lead out to the balcony, where you can enjoy stunning Gulf views! The living room flows seamlessly into the chef's kitchen, complete with a 6-burner stove, a farmhouse sink, and island seating for four. Just past the kitchen is the dining room, a built-in wet bar/coffee station, and a second access to the balcony.

Also on the second floor are three more spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom on this floor has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. The next bedroom also has a King bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The third is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, perfect for kids! This bedroom uses the dedicated bathroom across the hall with a shower/tub combination.

The entire third floor is a private retreat for the main master bedroom. It includes a King bed, a built-in morning kitchen with a coffee maker and wet bar, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a separate standalone soaking tub. Also enjoy your own private balcony for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks, complete with sun loungers, a balcony day-bed swing, and endless Gulf views!

There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Located just one house off the sand with PRIVATE beach access, there's no need to worry about crowds or parking! Plus, the best of Rosemary Beach shopping, dining, and entertainment is all just a minute walk or shorter bike ride away!

It's also just a 5-minute walk to Peddler's Pavilion (the heart of Seacrest), which is a fun outdoor area with something for everyone - - fashion and jewelry shops, gourmet donuts, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, bike rentals, bars, and an outdoor pub/pavilion with live music most nights!

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress at the home for guests' use!

Guest access

The gated Water's Edge beach access walkover is just 150 feet from the driveway! There are stairs down to the sand. 12 wristbands are provided for guests to access the beach.

Complimentary beach set-ups are available March–October through La Dolce Vita Beach Service, including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Guests must contact La Dolce Vita directly in order to arrange service.

Other things to note
-Guests must have blue RFID wristbands to access the beach from the neighborhood as well as to get back out into the neighborhood. Simply swipe them on the circular part of the beach access gate. There are 12 wristbands in the property upon arrival and please make sure there are 12 wristbands accounted for upon departure. The cost of a lost wristband is $100.00.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-Please not the garage is not for guests' use.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool and hot tub/spa heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate. Note: The pool and spa share a heat pump, so the pump is either in spa mode or pool mode, not both. Once one gets to temp, you may switch to the other.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, pool, spa, or other amenities provided to guests.
