Newly constructed with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. Its prime location is just minutes from the sugar-white beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, all along County Highway 30A! Unique to this community is the access to Lake Powell, which is within walking distance of the home. Lake Powell is one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world!

Beach Access: There are several convenient beach accesses to choose from! All you have to pick is how you want to get there! Use the bikes (already located at the home) to get there quick!
Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
- Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Located about a mile from the Preserve at Inlet Beach. At the end of Winston Lane, on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary Beach, where the road dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking available.
- Wall Street Beach Access: Located about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US 30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the Gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking.
- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access on 30A, and features three dune walkovers, as well as plenty of public parking, is only a mile away from the home. It is complete with restrooms, as well as lifeguards on-duty during peak season.
A half-mile walk to the east is Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell!
Just offshore is one of South Walton's artificial reefs, a focal point for snorkeling and SCUBA with abundant fish, dolphins and sea turtles - Grouper Reef!
Community Pool: The Preserve at Inlet Beach features a community pool and a dock for easy access to Lake Powell! The pool is just a short (about 4 minute) walk from the home.

In this area (known as South Walton), with its “old Florida” feel, you'll find the authentic Florida experience. Many of the classic Florida cottages that you'll find in Inlet Beach are surrounded by 13 acres of protected dunes, making it feel as though it the area has been frozen in time.
