Pelican Walk 802 - Come stay Right on the BEACH in Unit 802 at Pelican Walk and enjoy FREE BEACH Chair and Umbrella service on the beach seasonally March thru October! Pelican Walk 802 is a completely renovated, 850 square foot Gulf Front condo that sleeps up to four guests. The view of the Beach and Gulf from the Balcony is AMAZING! Beautifully remodeled with custom tile showers, custom cabinets, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, queen sleeper sofa, and a million dollar view!

ABOUT THE CONDO
Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. Look out to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! Enjoy the spacious open concept living area with leather queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a king size bed with a private adjoining bath. The hall bath for guests has a custom tile shower.

At Pelican Walk guests enjoy FREE Parking and FREE WIFI! Pelican Walk also offers private beach access and plenty of sand area to set up a beach canopy or a beach tent. Golf cart parking is allowed at Pelican Walk! Also, guests have access to numerous resort amenities, including two gulf front swimming pools (west pool seasonally heated October thru April), hot tub, charcoal and gas grill areas, and courts for pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, and tennis. When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. Just 1-2 miles to Schooners, Captain Anderson's, Hershey’s Beach Ice Cream, and St. Andrews State park!

Loves the view

It was a very nice property. I loved that they include a free umbrella and chairs. The couch is dips a lot and could be replaced but other than that the place was wonderful. We will be back.

We loved the view and the location. There was loud construction near and neighbors were very loud in addition. The TV in the bedroom was TINY, too small to view from the bed; neither TV had the ability to connect to wifi. We went out and purchased a Roku box because there were several rainy days during our stay. The bathroom shower off the hall is not large enough for an adult over 5' to comfortably shower. The shower head was old and rusty and not handheld witch would have helped. The mattress on the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Some simple things like not having a pot holder was a challenge; one slot of the toaster did not eject; tissue paper stand is rusty as well as shower caddy which came off on skin and washcloths; lots of dishes were put away dirty so each item has to be inspected and/or washed prior to eating; entry door needs to be replaced or at least weather stripping put on there was a whistle of wind continually and lastly the overhead fan in living room did not work at all. I hope this is helpful. I do want to say we enjoyed our stay and had some nice family bonding time. Thank you, Connie

Wonderful vacation at Pelican Walk

Our stay was fantastic. The facility was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The office was very helpful, as were the maintenance men. All in all, it was terrific and very enjoyable. Just to mention, I cannot give the facility the credit for the wonderful view of the gulf. Thank you. We will stay again.

My opinion

My stay was good but not great. The view 10/10. The cleanliness was not great there was black mold and gunk in the shower. The hallway bathroom fan needs to be fixed. The weather strip under front door needs to be replaced had to stick towels under front door during hurricane Fred.The remotes for the tvs where dead. Silverware in drawer was dirty. The baseboards had dust caked on them. Found some sort of stain smudged on the wall in the hallway bathroom.

Stay was wonderful!

Stay was wonderful. It was very clean and we had a late check in but that didn't matter we were able to go straight to room with no issues. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The elevators were not busy as it is only 10 floors, so to and from room was a breeze no waiting long for elevators. The balcony was on the small side but for the two of us it was big enough. The only thing I did not like was how the balcony were situated because others could see you and there was a smoker on another balcony right above to the side of ours so smoke was constantly in our face and that was not good, and we weren't able to use our balcony as much as we had liked. Other than that we loved out trip at pelican walk 802!

Best trip ever!!!

My husband, 2 children, and I stayed here for the 4th of July! We had an amazing stay! The pool and beach were not crowded and the fireworks show was AWESOME!!!!
