  • Seacrest ha sido calificado entre los mejores desarrollos en 30-A y esta casa se encuentra en la primera fila con hermosas vistas del golfo. No necesitará echar un segundo vistazo para saber que aquí es donde quiere pasar sus vacaciones. Esta hermosa casa de playa de 3 pisos y 4 dormitorios / 4 baños es espaciosa y tiene hermosas vistas sin obstáculos del golfo desde el segundo y tercer piso. El piso superior cuenta con una gran terraza parcialmente cubierta con increíbles vistas del golfo. POR FAVOR NO dude en contactarme para hacer preguntas antes de reservar directamente con VRBO.

    No es necesario ir al primer piso para recargar, el tercer piso cuenta con una barra húmeda con refrigerador y fregadero (sin máquina de hielo). Dos maestros con camas king se encuentran en el tercer y segundo piso. Uno tiene una bañera de hidromasaje y el otro una ducha de lluvia. Las maderas duras y el granito hacen que esta casa sea de primera clase. El segundo dormitorio en el segundo piso tiene una cama queen y un pequeño sofá cama con baño privado con lavabos dobles y hermosas encimeras de granito. En la planta baja, el dormitorio final tiene 3 camas individuales y una cama doble. Las puertas del área principal y la habitación doble acceden al cuarto baño. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcones y televisores actualizados. No querrá salir de la casa, pero debe hacerlo para disfrutar de la piscina de 12,000 pies cuadrados y la hermosa playa.


    Si el golf es su juego, el campo de golf Camp Creek está a solo 5 minutos. Las hermosas playas de Rosemary y Alys se encuentran junto a Seacrest and Seaside, a solo 15 minutos. Los restaurantes y las tiendas son abundantes durante todo el 30-A y no tendrá que buscar mucho para encontrar un spa, incluido el spa Aquarius en Seaside.

This was a special family vacation for us celebrating the union of my wife and I last October. We had both of our families together, staying in the same house. Love the area, including the close proximity to Ally‘s beach and Rosemary Beach. Truly special memories for a lifetime…

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful vacation home! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive in communicating everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip.The location couldn't have been better close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the amazing attractions that make 30A such a special destination. It was the perfect home base for relaxing and exploring the area.The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to our wonderful host for making our vacation so memorable!

Clean house, great location. Hardest part was that the blinds weren’t functional, affecting sleep and privacy as you can see right through. Other than that the house was just as described and met our needs! Thank you.

GORGEOUS property

This was, by far, the nicest vacation property we have stayed at on VRBO. So comfortable and close to everything. PERFECT for a girls getaway!! Will definitely come back with family.

Great location for a family getaway

We loved how central this location was to rosemary and Alys. The bedrooms are spacious and while we were up early with little kids, we really enjoyed a cup of coffee watching the sunrise from the roof deck. The house provided just the right accommodations for what we needed on this family getaway!

This house was PERFECT for our family vacation! We all had so much room and the beds were SO comfortable!!! Our kids loved riding bikes in the neighborhood and walking to the community pool! Our host, Rachel, was such an angel and was always so fast to respond!

Excellent family beach house

We had a lovely time staying in Rachel's home for our family vacation! The house has everything you need to relax and feel at home. Super easy walk across 30A to get to the beach (even easy with kids in tow, carrying all the beach gear!) and the main hub of restaurants and shops are also walking distance. The complex has a beautiful, resort-style pool with a little beach cafe within the grounds. We loved our time and would happily stay here again!

Happiness on the deck

We loved everything about this property! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, beds, spacious bathrooms, amazing, amazing location! But best of all, the deck on the top floor with the most gorgeous views of the Gulf was the icing on the cake! We will be back!

Family memories

Loved our stay. Plenty of space for family meals/games yet enough space for individual time. Great location-short walk to the beach and city square. Our group was a family with older teens, twenty something’s and parents. Great to have the balconies off each bedroom and the rooftop deck was a bonus space that was used by all. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Perfect location

This house is close to everything. A short walk to the beach and pool. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip with our grown children and 1 yr old grandchild. The third story balcony was a huge bonus that we enjoyed each night!

Weekend Getaway

The location of this house is amazing. Walking distance to our some of our favorite places on 30A and great beach access directly across the street. The house was spacious with large bathrooms in almost every bedroom. Easy check in and check out with clear communication from the property manager. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back to this one.

This was our first time in the area. The home was wonderful. Close to beach, and all the amenities of Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Rachel, homeowner, was very responsive when we had questions.

Amazing Home!

This was such a fantastic vacation and wonderful home. Rachel was always very helpful whenever we had questions. The home had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the top floor patio was amazing! Beautiful ocean views and a great space to hang out after our kiddos went to bed. It was a short walk to the beach and pool, and not too far to most restaurants and shops! We would definitely stay again.
