Este condominio frente al lago tranquilo a 30 A y está completamente amueblada para su disfrute. El dormitorio tiene cama de matrimonio. y sofá cama doble cama en la sala de estar tiene un cuarto de baño. Tocador del lavabo con espejo grande en el pasillo para mayor comodidad mientras se prepara. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hay un servicio de lavandería en la 4ª planta. El balcón está fuera de la sala de estar que ofrece hermosas vistas al lago. Hay pesca a su puerta. Las bicicletas están disponibles para alquilar. Carillon Beach Inn tiene (4) hermosas piscinas para disfrutar, uno está frente al mar y uno se calienta. Hay eventos especiales de la comunidad durante todo el año, donde los vecinos se reúnen en el Village Green. Aventurarse a la playa de Rosemary sólo 3 millas de distancia. También hay tiendas de comestibles a poca distancia. Para mayor aventura de las compras hay Pier Park 7 millas de distancia. Pier Park ofrece películas, restaurantes, Margaritaville y mucho más .. Mediocre stay

Property was in sore need of maintenance. The grounds needed cleaning the buildings need painting and the Pool needed cleaning inside pool area and bathrooms, the pool wasn’t heated and didn’t look like picture posted. The condo was no larger than a motel room and needed some updating but was clean..The construction noise was loud all day and at nite the bar nearby was pounding out music…….

Cute beachfront community

My husband, myself and our daughter stayed here for a week. We loved the location of this property. Close to Panama City Beach, yet far away from the congestion and traffic. The unit was small, but it worked perfect for the 3 of us. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom with a King bed and our daughter stayed in the living room on the pull-out sofa sleeper. The pull-out was comfortable, but we brought a 2" memory foam topper with us for extra comfort on the sofa-sleeper. The kitchen was small, but big enough for us to cook all of our meals. The dishwasher was nice. There isn't a full-size oven, but rather a large toaster oven on the counter under the built-in microwave. The stove had 2 burners, which was sufficient. There are 4 pools at this resort and we visited all 4 of them. The resort pool is very large with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed walking through the resort in the evening looking at all of the cute beach houses. For all future visits to this area, we will certainly be staying at the Carillon Beach Resort. We also liked this unit as it is pet-friendly.

Great Stay

This is our third time at this property but first time with this condo. We had a small issue with dog hair on bed sheets but owner was quick to respond and apologized. She gave us code to housekeeping closet for clean sheets and new mattress protector. They had beach chairs and wagon for tenants to use. We brought our own but it was a nice touch. This one of our favorite places to vacation because of the gated property and private beach access. We have coffee every morning at the beach and go back in the afternoon with the kids for boogie boarding. Great stay overall!

Great vacation

We stayed here before and it was just as nice the second time as the first. The housekeeper did not clean the sand off the deck though! FYI the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom area needed to be changed in the middle of the night! We did disconnect it that night and put a new battery on it the next day! Scared puppies to death! Otherwise all was well! Hope to visit again! We had a wonderful time!

Not as clean as we’d hoped for

This is our second time staying at this condo; our first time was two years ago. Carillon Beach community and the pools are amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach, maybe 10-15 minutes and there are several walkouts available. Unfortunately, the condo was quite dirty upon our arrival. It could use a really good, thorough cleaning. There was dirt, sand, and piles of human hair in the bathroom and many of the baseboards and walls had stains and just appeared to not have been cleaned well in months. Same as the areas under and around the bed. It’s a nice location and decently priced, but would have been much more enjoyable if it was clean. It is conveniently located near the large pool!

Needs serious updating

Pools made it worth it, but would not stay again

Upon arrival we found a property that was a studio rather than a one bedroom as advertised and far from clean. Especially with the current pandemic I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. I wiped down all surfaces with bleach wipes upon arrival and vacuumed in an attempt to make it feel a bit better. Definitely not at all what we expected giving the past reviews. Mold on bathroom ceiling and back of door :/ and linens were incredibly cheap. This was just lacking quality in all ways. I’m not sure if this unit has gone down hill or had a bad few weeks, but we will not be returning to this condo. The grounds and pools made the stay worth it. Beautiful and very well kept. We will stay in the area again, finding different accommodations.

Great Location and Pet Friendly!!!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Comfortable condo with all the amenities needed. Short drive to dog beach. Restaurants, pools and shopping onsite and around the corner. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set. Can't wait to come back again next year!!
