The newest addition to the Salty Turtles® array of beachfront studio condos is Salty Turtles® Beachfront III. This cozy beachfront beauty is completely remodeled and situated on the 8th floor penthouse level of the family-friendly, quiet, and clean Top of the Gulf resort.

Overlooking the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll find fresh updates including new shiplapped walls, fresh paint, fresh linens, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, features two queen beds with new Casper hybrid mattresses, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, smart TV, USB ports throughout for work or study, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. Soak up the views from a floor to ceiling bay window and enjoy the sight of the surf right from your bed. This condo is the ideal, affordable getaway for friends, couples, and small families. As a special "thanks" for booking Salty Turtles® Beachfront III, a daily set of beach lounge chairs with umbrella (available March-October ~ $50/day value) is included during your stay at no additional charge!

The resort features (2) gulf front pools (one full size, deep pool + one toddler pool) with showers, direct private beach access, poolside snack bar, newly updated fitness center, sundry store, book exchange, internet lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, charcoal grills, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table.

Top of the Gulf is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Beach Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) and will be strictly enforced; any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund . No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.

Peaceful

It was a very pleasant and peaceful trip! We got to the resort early, although we couldn’t check-in early because it was still cleaned. But, they did allow you to enjoy the amenities of the pool, and access to the beach. We were also allowed to enjoy the beach with paid for chairs/ umbrellas from resort! Once we got to our room, it was very clean, with a beautiful view to wake up to every morning! Everyone there was very nice, and friendly! Enjoyed the atmosphere of family and fun, it was a perfect vacation! Thanks

The room was awesome! Great view of the ocean. Would have been even better with an outdoor patio, but still very nice. The only aggravating thing was you HAD to wear a bracelet everywhere on the property and mine was super big on me. I get it’s for security, but as long as I have it in my purse, that should have sufficed.

Wow! The Views...

We had a lovely, relaxing, off-season stay with fantastic ocean views. We could see the sunrise in one direction and the sunset in the other elevated away from any noise. The condo was close to everything we needed (food, supplies, and shopping), but the seaside skies made the memories for our special trip. Have a small kitchen stocked with the essentials made it easy to stay in, and we slept better than we had in months. I will definitely recommend.
