POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

Great location, lovely house with all the amenities for our family! We enjoyed the golf cart but were not aware of the no parking in Alys beach and got a ticket. The beds were so comfortable and everything felt brand new. Would have loved some better pots and pans- in quality and sizes.

The house was beautiful and was just the right size for all my family. The kitchen has two dishwashers and has a huge refrigerator and freezer. We had everything we needed to make meals. The beach access was very close but there are a lot of stairs to get down to the beach. The beach is beautiful with very soft sand. The pool was on the smaller size but was we really didn’t need one any larger. It is a gorgeous house and I highly recommend it! Also, the management company is great! They were there to answer any questions and solve any issues we had. I would definitely consider this home for future stays.

Everything about this property was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, close to the beach, and we loved having our own pool. We will definitely return to this property. Alex, the property manager, was great and communicated with us prior to our trip with all of the needed information and continued to check in with us throughout our stay,

This is a beautiful home for a large number of people. The master bedroom was beautiful but bed was up so high we couldn’t get into it. The pool was very nice but hand rail would have been nice for us older people.Two of us couldn’t use beach access that was across road because there were too many stairs to go down .

The house was amazing. We loved the pool and big kitchen with extra large refrigerator and freezer and two dishwashers. I am very particular about mattresses and I had absolutely some of the best sleep I’ve ever had on that mattress lol The owners helped us find a place to get a special birthday cake for my granddaughters‘s birthday. They just helped with many details and questions I had to make everything very smooth.The golf cart was nice to have. We drove it just maybe a mile or two down the road to the Big Chill this open outdoor area where they have restaurants and a big movie screen. It was a really fun area. The private access to the beach is very close. That was great. The only negative part about the beach was there were so many stairs to get down and up from the beach. Actually, we counted them 59 stairs. The first day we went with two beach wagons and a very large cooler and we had to carry those up and down the steps to get to the beach, which was a very big pain. The next day we made alternative arrangements and took two smaller coolers that were easier to carry up and down the steps and we left the beach wagons at home and tried to just carry everything ourselves. That was just the only negative it was a lot harder to get all our stuff to the beach because we had a baby and 3 and 4 year old. And we really wanted to use the beach wagons, but it worked out OK we made alternative arrangements and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again. Great place.

We enjoyed our stay at 28 Pelican Glide! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. This lovely home had plenty of space for our family of 8. (A grandparent, parents, and adult children.) The management team did a nice job of being available to answer any questions we had.

The property is very new and spacious. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning in the house was awesome. The LSV was a nice touch but you can only go towards the right to part the LSV. The beach is right across the street and has easy access but quite a few steps.

Wonderful vacation with family!

We loved our week at 30A Beach Retreat! We had 11 people ranging in age from toddlers to grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone, the walkable beach access was perfect, and the golf cart and bikes were so useful! We loved having a pool too! The management was very attentive to our needs. We hope to stay here again next year!

Amazing stay at Beach Retreat!!

We had the best time during our mini vacation! The golf cart and bikes were amazing getting around the area, we took the golf cart to Rosemary Beach and The Big Chill. The beach access across the street was so convenient and the views from the sun deck were gorgeous. The home was so well decorated and furnished. It was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The management company made our check-in and check-out process super smooth and they checked up on us multiple times during our stay. We can not wait to come stay again over the summer for longer! Definitely recommend this home and this company!
