    Experience paradise with this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Located on the 6th floor of Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 1, the unit boasts breathtaking Gulf and Lagoon Pool views. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private bath with a large walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers 2 full beds. Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa with a pull out full bed. A full kitchen and a spacious open living area make it perfect for families.

    Edgewater Resort is ideally situated near top restaurants like Firefly and Saltwater Grill, and attractions such as Shipwreck Island Water Park and St. Andrews State Park, all within a short drive. Resort amenities include multiple pools, spas, on-site dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, tram to get around resort, and a fitness center.

    An additional $50 fee is added when making your reservation to cover the base resort fee for parking & resort access. Extended stays during Snowbird season require monthly parking passes. The condo is stocked with linens, towels, starter toiletries, and essential kitchenware.

    Renters must be 25+ to book and check in. Perfect for a family-friendly beach escape!

Just finished a 5 day stay and had a great experience! Beautiful condo, incredible view, great pools & amenities. Dan was extremely responsive to every question we had. We will definitely go back!

We really can’t think of one bad thing to say about this condo. Very clean, comfortable with a perfect view of the Gulf and pool area.All communications with the property host Dan were met with a quick response and very helpful.We were at Edgewater with multiple families in other rooms, and everyone that stopped by our room commented on how much better our room was compared to theirs.

Everything went so smoothly from booking (especially considering I booked last minute), to security, check in, and check out. Dan was so easy to work with and answered right away. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Edgewater is so amazing and our view from the room was gorgeous. I absolutely recommend this unit!!
