***Parking: March 1, 2025*** Sterling Reef guest will register their vehicle(s) through the registration system, GuestSVCS, prior to arrival. A license plate reader will be located at the entrance of the parking garage that will read the plates of the incoming vehicles.
After booking, you will receive an email from GuestSVCS providing a link where you will register your vehicle(s) and pay for parking directly through the service.
Should you have any changes before your arrival, you will be able to update your information using the link provided.
Parking cost: $50 per vehicle *2 vehicle max

*No pets allowed
*Renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying in unit during the reserved dates
*This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in any common areas. Smoking is permitted in the designated area only, located on Sky Terrace Level 3

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.
*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay.
*Parking: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is underneath the building. Guests will register vehicle(s) through GuestSVCS and may park anywhere in the garage. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats or trailers are allowed on the property/parking garage.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Everything about this property was so nice! Beautiful view from our balcony, so comfy and clean. We had an issue with the washing machine and our hosts took care of it right away. We loved being able to walk on beach and hear the waves.

I liked that he parking was underneath the building, they’re only two elevators for 19 floor building. However, it was no big deal due to it being late September, the unit smelled clean. It was extremely clean. The host had gone out of their way to make sure you had everything that you needed from codes to the beach coach to the pool and Wi-Fi, the unit was very nice and Updated the bed was very comfortable. The location was very good also.

Our best PCB vacation

The condo is exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook breakfast and a nice dinner. Extremely clean!! I read some reviews about the wait on the elevator but we didn’t have to wait any longer than 2-3 minutes a few times. The best part of the whole condo was the beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. We all had an amazing week and will definitely be coming back.

The Perfect Condo

I think the title of this review tells you everything you need to know. The condo was well decorated and didn’t feel overly “beachy” or “touristy”. It felt comfortable. Like being at home in a tropical locale. Loved it immediately. If that wasn’t enough to make you enjoy your stay, the owners of the condo were phenomenal. Great communication and responded immediately. We had an issue with the dvd player but got it all worked out and was literally our only hiccup for the whole trip. Like I said, this condo was perfect. We’ve stayed at Sterling Reef many times over the years and this is by far THE BEST condo we’ve had the privilege of calling “home” for a week. Will definitely stay in this unit again when we venture our ways down to PCB in the future.

Wonderful resort feel

We have stayed at Sterling Reef several times but this was our favorite unit. Pretty decor with well stocked kitchen- coffee filters, paper plates, coffee, air fryer, spices, etc. Beach towels and beach equipment was an added bonus. We loved our stay and will stay here again.

Family vacation

We loved it here! This is the first condo we have stayed at that was actually fully stocked with anything you may need. Kitchen had everything. They even had beach supplies like chairs and beach toys. The room was clean and perfect for us, we had 5 adults and a toddler. The owners for very easy to get ahold of and very nice! The beach was never over crowded and the addition of the beach chairs and umbrella made a day on the beach perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vaca!

Loved this condo! Had everything we needed as a family of 5. Super clean and organized. Great view! Pool was open, though we just enjoyed the ocean. :) Two pool chairs and an umbrella included on the beach. Never needed to contact the host, though felt we absolutely could if needed. Great communication. Loved our stay!

The room was beautiful. It had everything we could need in the kitchen. The only downer was the pool was not functional until our last day there. The condo is located next to the public beach parking so it was really crowded in the beach area where the chairs were set up. I should have investigated the location better prior to booking. Not the fault of the owner or booking agent.

Amazing stay

The condo was very clean, the beds very comfy and the communication with Kristy was very easy. She always responded promptly. We had an issue with the washing machine and within 24 hours a technician comes up and fix the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to stay again two months next year.
