You’ve found the quintessential 30A vacation! In the Seacrest Beach community of Scenic Hwy 30A sits Lighthouse30A, a serene getaway offering a spacious layout perfect for family groups & extended ‘workcations’. Refined luxuries make relaxation easy. It’s the location that really shines. A short walk or seasonal shuttle to the community’s lagoon-style private pool – largest in the state -- and deeded access private beach. Also a palm-tree lined stroll to the lively Rosemary Beach town center.

This isn’t just a vacation rental, it’s our vacation home. And we want our guests to enjoy all that our beloved Lighthouse30A has to offer! We are excited to provide our preferred amenity and activity providers, and local hidden gems: shopping, dining, offshore and bay fishing charters, the best farmer’s market finds, top salons, even sunset beach bonfires.

As for our home itself, it is located between Rosemary and Alys Beach communities. The flexible layout makes it ideal for multi-generation or multi-family groups. It’s got what everyone needs – a game room to keep kids entertained, a private balcony for mom to read in peace, a shaded spot for grandpa to sit on the porch, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living space where everyone can gather and make memories.

Guests will have access to Seacrest’s massive 12,000-square-foot private community pool, private deeded beach access, and great walkable restaurants and shopping. The home is within walking distance to the pool, beach, shops, cafes, bike paths, & nature trails so you won`t need to drive anywhere while you are here. The community also has a seasonal (Mar-Oct) shuttle service that picks up about 25 steps from the home’s front door providing easy transportation to the beach or pool.

Want to explore? Ride the 4 bikes provided along Scenic Hwy 30A or in any of several magnificent state parks in South Walton or other beachfront neighborhoods like Rosemary Beach.

|THE HOME|
This is a multi-level home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 decks.
1st Floor
• Open concept kitchen and living space.
• Dining table as well as a cozy breakfast nook.
• Cozy up in the living room with the comfy couches,65” Smart TV, and Infinity Arcade Game table.
• Onsite washer and dryer are right off of the hallway.
• Outside of the back door is a closet for st with beach and pool gear, and Viking natural gas grill.
• Bedroom 1: A master king bedroom off of the main living area with ensuite bath (separate hallway entry for guests).
• Kitchen.
• Plenty of counter and fridge space.
• 2 Dishwashers.
• Keurig and Drip Coffee makers.
• Stocked with cooking essentials.

2nd Floor
• Bedroom 2 - A multi-bed room with a King, Full bunk beds, and an optional Twin trundle. The room has its own ensuite bathroom, remote working space, and opens onto a private balcony.
• Bedroom 3 - This Full bedroom features a remote working desk and access to another private balcony. It shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.
• Bedroom 4 - This is the bunk room with 6 twin beds. Kids love it!

3rd Floor
• Bedroom 5 - This King suite has its own Smart TV, work desk, balcony and bathroom.
• Game Room. Complete with foosball table, Mini Pac-Man arcade game, coffee station, wet bar, and direct access to a large balcony with polywood Adirondacks and High-top chairs.

Kid-Friendly
We know vacationing with children can add some added layers for parents to think through. So we’ve set up our space to accommodate kid (and parent) needs as much as possible.
• Children’s plate and drinkware provided.
• Pack ‘n plays (2) can be found in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms
• Balcony railings are curved to help prevent climbing little ones.
• Kid Entertainment:
• 1st floor. Infinity Arcade Game table with 32” screen and 20+ games.
• 3rd floor. Game room with Foosball and Mini Pac-Man arcade game.
• Beach toys, floats, and bikes provided.

|THE COMMUNITY|
Seacrest Beach is an idyllic community, considered one of the ‘best kept secrets’ of 30A. Tree lined streets. A safe, serene energy. A vibrant retail village with quaint shops, great places to eat, and live music. And, of course, the 12,000 square foot pool AND deeded beach access. Then there’s Crabby Steve’s, one of 30A’s only waterfront tiki-bars. You’ll also find a grassy amphitheater with year-round entertainment like festivals, concerts, private events, and day-time activities like Bocce or Frisbee.

• Private beach access with beach chair service (3 min shuttle ride or 10 min walk)
• 5 min walk to 12,000-square-foot, Private Resort Pool with beach cafe
• Seasonal (Mar-Oct) Shuttle picks up right outside the front door and provides transportation to the beach and pool from 9 AM to 5:30 PM
• 1-2 min walk to Village of South Walton with Starbucks, bike rentals, restaurants, shops, & live music
• 5 min walk to Rosemary Beach with farmer`s market, great shopping, & best dining on 30A
• 1.3 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community

Walkability
It’s the walkability that really makes the area so alluring. Especially since Lighthouse30A is so perfectly positioned. There’s really no need for a car rental. Evening strolls to grab an ice cream are a guest favorite.
Too much beach gear to carry? There’s a seasonal tram that runs throughout Seacrest Beach dropping off and picking up guests at the beach and Lagoon pool.

Remote Working
Seacrest is the kind of place you’ll want to stay for more than a week! It’s a true ‘summering’ community. We’ve anticipated that many of our guests will be treating their stay as a ‘work-cation.’ So we’ve installed great internet (530mbps) and have set up several ‘working’ areas with deskspace and comfortable seating. For several weeks out of the year, we even work from the Lighthouse30A ourselves.

|OTHER THINGS TO NOTE|
• 4 FREE bikes provided.
• Towels and linens are provided.
• Onsite washer and dryer.
• Driveway has space to fit up to 3 cars, with street parking also available.
• Relax! We’ve got central air and heating.
• You will be provided kitchen and bath basics to get you by 1-2 days. We do provide trash bags for the duration of your stay.
• Cleaning protocols follow PMI Purify with disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces.
• Home does have an outdoor security camera at the front door and an inside noise/crowd-gathering sensor (no recording).
• 25+ age minimum with an adult-to-teen ratio in place. Guest screening may be required.
• No pets, NO smoking.

|WHERE YOU’LL BE|
Located at the end of the street, Lighthouse30A is in a low traffic area. It’s especially quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay. Seacrest is situated with Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach to the east and Alys Beach to the west. There’s so much to explore just a few minutes away.

|GETTING AROUND|
The entire 30A area is designed to be incredibly walkable and bikeable. And rideshares are available. Everything you could want to visit is either east or west down 30A.

There are some local businesses we’ve grown to love! So here are some of our recommendations. As we mentioned previously, we aim to act as more than hosts. If you need any assistance booking excursions or activities, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

• Kayaking at Camp Helen State Park is a great activity for the whole family

30A Family Vacation

We had seven folks come in for quick four night stay during the 30A Songwriters Festival. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood/community and in great shape. If you look a the pictures online, it fully reflects the quality of the property and we would certainly come stay again.The check in was easy and the communication was on point and as much as it needed to be.Thanks.
