    The Space:

    Spend your days paddling through the picturesque lagoon, exploring the town, and lounging on the beach when you book your retreat to this bayfront Panama City Beach home. With a soaking tub and easy-access dock, this vacation promises to be stress-free.



    Set right on the lagoon that feeds into Saint Andrew Bay and within two miles of the shops and dining options in the center of Panama City Beach, this home gives you the peace of a quiet neighborhood. But it's still close to local attractions as well, with the beach (and iconic Club La Vela) within walking distance.



    With vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light flooding in, the main living area has room for everyone. Pull out your favorite book and kick back on one of the soft couches or chairs while the central A/C keeps the heat at bay. Surf the cable channels on the TV after a long day on the beach. Put a load of dirty clothes in the private washer/dryer, and then grab a cold drink to enjoy out on the patio. Connect to the WiFi to find a recipe everyone will love, and then fire up the gas grill to show off your grilling skills with some charred fresh produce.



    In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find clean white appliances, a microwave, and plenty of room for a few culinary artists to create a stunning dish.     The owner's car is in the garage. Guests can use the garage for kayak access but please be mindful of the red Mini Cooper there.

Home away from home!

This property was very clean and close to everything. It had all the comforts of home. Great view of the canal. We really relaxed and enjoyed our vacation. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Very clean! Lots of room! Great location!

Great place for us to keep our boat in the water at the dock. We we’re able to boat over to Shell Island for beach time. Has plenty of parking in the private driveway. There is a public beach access literally 4 min drive down the road. Quiet neighborhood made it nice. Within 4-5 miles of any restaurant or entertainment that we wanted to go to. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot on the Lagoon.

This home was 4 blocks from a public beach access, right on the lagoon. The home was not only very spacious for my family of for, but also accommodating for entertaining 3 additional guests for Christmas day (with permission of the owner). The large kitchen was great for lots of food preparation, and the whole house was very tidy. It was a perfect location to visit family on the Tyndall AF base. We would consider staying there again in the future if we return to Panama City Beach.

Great Location!

The house has a lot of positives and a few negatives. The furniture is not very comfortable for folks with back problems. The carpet needs a good cleaning but probably should be replaced. Very close to restaurants and local attractions.

Will do again!

Hate to give a great rating because it won’t be available when we want it if everyone knows how nice it is!😂 Worked out great for me and a couple guys on a fishing trip. Nice enough dock but needs a fish cleaning station and a fresh water with hose to wash down boat. Living area is definitely not inviting for sleeping. No fold out sofa. Guess they don’t want more than five to occupy at one time because that is all it will sleep if there are 2 couples. Otherwise 3 men total. Kinda odd. But very nice and clean.

Our July Stay

First we were extremely excited for the trip and to stay at this house. We would stay at the house again but there were some issues. First we messaged the property manager and owner several times to discuss things due to covid situation. Neither ever replied. Second the house is great but it’s time for some up keep. There are so many water marks on the ceilings, the bedroom wall, the bathroom walls. There were cobwebs. The carpet has tons of stains and the transition pieces between carpet and patio tile keep coming up. There were no towels for the kitchen. There was trash in the back yard—plastic container, broken chair and other items. The living room furniture is more like patio furniture and by the one window smells moldy. I would suggest bringing own pillows and extra blankets. Third we are all about security. However it was very unsettling that there is a camera in the tree pointed straight into the living room which is all glass windows and doors with no curtains. We would have preferred to know that someone would/could be watching our family at all times. It made us feel very unsettled by it and we did have our daughter especially stay with other people on vacation with us. Positives—great location to the beach. The kayaks and paddle boards and other items in garage to use where a huge hit. The dock is wonder and the scenario is beautiful. The house is spacious and has a ton of natural light that is wonderful. Like I said before we would stay again just a few housekeeping issues and the camera in the tree.
