You'll find plenty of seating and loungers plus a gas grill. This complete 2nd living area is a perfect separate retreat if you're traveling with multiple families (or teenagers!). And, there's a ping pong table in the garage!

Head to the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor that includes 2 master king suites complete with private balconies and Gulf views. Plus there's a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds and private bath.

Up on the 3rd floor you'll find the main living area and gourmet kitchen. No expenses were spared when it came to this kitchen. There's an oversized refrigerator, gas range, and beverage center complete with wine fridge. The elevator is located right off the kitchen to make bringing up groceries a breeze. There is seating for 5 at the kitchen counter and seating for 8 at the dining table (and of course more seating outside)

Head out to the balcony for al fresco dining. Take the spiral staircase up to the observation tower, catch a truly Grand Sunset, and enjoy an evening cocktail. This is by far the best spot in the house to catch the sunrises and sunsets along with those stunning Gulf views. Also on the 3rd floor is an additional master queen en suite and yet another private balcony.

Minutes from Rosemary Beach to the west and Panama City Beach to the east, you'll be pleased to have everything you could want at your fingertips.
