  • Enjoy Panama City Beach from this 9th floor beach condo featuring a gorgeous view of the Emerald Coastline! The beach is mere steps away using Laketown Wharf's private beach access.

    Located in the heart of PCB there are endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options around every corner. Or stay put and relax using the resort's wide array of amenities including four pools, two hot tubs, children's splash pad pool, putting green, fitness center, and nightly water lights show on the lake.


    There is a one time resort fee due before check-in of ~$78. This is paid straight to the resort.

    When you book you will receive a URL to enter your trip information and pay this fee. Wristbands will be in the condo when you arrive, but will only be activated by Laketown Wharf if this fee has been paid. You also receive up to two parking passes good for either garage for the duration of your stay.

    The wristbands MUST be left in the condo upon checkout. There is a $25 fee for each missing wristband (This is what we are charged to buy a new one in the case of one being lost). We appreciate your care and understanding with this.

We loved our stay. They had everything that we needed including beach chairs, host was excellent and very easy to talk to highly recommend

Had an amazing stay at this condo, very clean, host was great with communication. The complex has great amenities as well. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to PCB!

Luke was a great host, would definitely stay again! It was clean, well organized, very pretty decor. He was so understanding and helpful when we had questions!

It was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views from the balcony and great atmosphere for the kids. Easy access to the beach and loved the separate pool for kids on the south parking. We are definitely coming back again next year for spring break.

The condo was great! It was very clean! All the beds were extremely comfortable, except for the sofa bed. The only thing the condo was missing was an iron, to make it extra perfect! Other than that this condo was amazing! The views of the beach were phenomenal! The pools were great! The beach was just a short distance & the weather was NICE! This will be our go to spot when we come back! Thanks Luke for hosting us!

Nice place with lots of things to do. The host was wonderful and very informative. The worst part was the elevators. Some were out of order and the working ones were very slow. I believe we waited 20 just to get on.

Great communication and consideration for our family's vacation and stay. They put in the extra effort for any question or concern we had before and during our stay. The place worked great for us!

Amazing hosts. The condo exceeded my expectations and we had the best time ever. Very clean, very close walk to the beautiful beach. Everything was perfect!

Our stay at Lake Wharf was absolutely perfect! The host was extremely accommodating and kept great communication with us throughout. They went above and beyond by providing everything we could need for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, a tent, sand toys, and more. The place was spotless, and the view of the beach was breathtaking. Truly the perfect getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

The condo wasn’t clean. The shower curtain in the master bathroom had mold on it and the tub drained slowly. The kitchen sink garbage disposal smelled bad and the patio was nasty, a bottle of water from the previous guess was left of the patio and the patio table was very dirty.

Everything was amazing! Luke our host was very responsive and very helpful with explaining how things work. To save some time in the beginning (especially during events around town) make sure to print the parking pass. If you don’t you will need to go to the lobby and get one and wait in line. Past that everything was great. You get wristbands to gain access to the beach by one of the bars. The only issue I had there was the entrance scanner was not working but I was able to gain access by someone coming out. Everything was very clean and had enough supplies to last the time we were there. I will be definitely rebooking again!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was beautiful and spacious. We loved how close to it is to the beach and walking distance to stores. The only issue we had was the elevators. The elevator in the parking garage didnt work our entore stay and a few of the elevators were out of service to get to our floor. The elevators were very small. The condo it was was lovely.
