Clean room, nicely decorated- the lady loved it. Comfortable bedGood A/CGated complex was good and grounds were nice. Pool was clean. 3 lights were out,-2 in the hall and one in the bedroom.The office was closed for the weekend when we were booked to arrive, but we figured things out quickly, and it wasn't an issue as I already had the info necessary to get in to our unit. Host was nice and responded to all questions. Overall stay was great.

The check in process was easy and the condo was very clean. Location was perfect with plenty of great food options and activities. The complex was very secure and clean as well. We enjoyed our time at Sugar Beach as will return.

Sugar beach has been a special place for a long time. I really enjoyed our experience there in E2. Bluewave was very helpful and very clear. Would love to come back!!

Very conveniently located near the beach.Only issue I had was the ceiling fan in the bedroom made a loud noise when the fan was operating. We silenced it by putting a shim in the housing to stop the rattle.

This was a great place to stay. The only bad thing is the cleaner showed up 1 hour early and made us feel rushed to get out.

The condo needs to be updated. The refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced and the condo could use a deep cleaning. Counter tops, cabinets wiped down including the bathroom. The air filter needs to be checked often. The condo smelled like cigarette smoke upon arriving and personally changed the filter after contacting the host. The odor improved after replacing the completely stopped up filter. No beach view but easy beach access. The condo does have a patio at ground level that offers a peaceful setting next to a pond full of live turtles. The host responded quickly to my phone call concerning the odor problem. He was polite & asked how he could help.
