Overview

Relax and enjoy the quiet west end of the beach in this absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage. Away from the hustle and bustle of pier park and the high rise condos. This quaint and spacious rental has everything you need for a quiet relaxing getaway, within walking distance to the beach. Within 5 miles of Pier Park, restaurants and entertainment venues galore, this tastefully decorated rental is ready to host your family retreat.

Location

Located on the beautiful west side of Panama City Beach - Just minutes to Pier Park, Shopping, Restaurants and Local attractions. A short drive to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Close to donut hole, Thomas donuts and other local favorites.

Layout

The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, second bedroom houses a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunks and a twin bed, which in all would comfortably sleep 6 people.

Amenities

All of the bedrooms and the living area have flat screen smart televisions. There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances for preparing meals. This open concept kitchen, living and dining area is ideal for spending time together making precious family memories. The private side yard oasis is completely fenced with a gas grill for your convenience, an outdoor table and a sitting area to relax after a long day at the beach. We have an outdoor shower for use after long sandy days at the beach and a games console in the bunk room for those rainy days!

Come escape to this quiet corner of the world and enjoy the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach without the crowds. It's simply perfect for a low-key getaway.

Everything You Need

This home is even better than pictured. Inside and out, it was spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the convenience of the golf cart and the quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was easy. We will look to stay here again in the future.

Our new go to house for Laguna Beach visits

Property is great. Clean. Had enough toiletries and cleaning supplies. Had a few kinks with needing to know garage door code, finding vacuum charger, propane being out, and low batteries on door lock. I think this is mostly attributable to this being a new rental and needing to figure out what needs to be handled/looked into prior to each new guest showing up, but none of it was a deal breaker and the owner was good at communicating with me and making sure we got the door lock situation handled. The layout of the house, cleanliness, and use of the golf cart made up for the little hiccups.

Great stay! Felt at home!

We loved staying at this property! It was exactly like the pictures and the host was very quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very nice! The outdoor space was wonderful for a relaxing night outside. We really appreciated the outdoor shower from our beach visits and we loved having access to a golf cart during our stay! We were also able to use the washer and dryer so we left our trip with a luggage of freshly cleaned clothes and less to have to do once we were home! 5 stars and would stay again if I was in the area in the future! Thank you for sharing your property with us!
