This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 5th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

This is a Non Smoking Unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Accurate description of property

Good property, comfortable and spacious, beachfront balcony so can watch kids at pool and on beach. Only negative is "security" ladies around the pool are obnoxious and very rude - both with adults and older children. They try to change rules and make their own. All should be replaced with folks with common sense and manners.

Fall Break

Everything was exactly as described. Cleanliness was top notch. We had the best balcony on the beach with a view of dolphins every morning and afternoon. Can see the pier at Pier Park from the balcony, so just a few minutes drive away. Comfy beds, fast elevators, steps to the beach, great views and communication with Helen was 10 stars.

Very nice, clean and updated condo. Helen was responsive to any questions we had in a timely manner. Very little wait time for elevators. Beach service was great and the beach was not overly crowded.

Great Place on the Beach

We really enjoyed this condo. It was exactly as it was described. The pictures do not do the deck justice. It's very large and we spend a lot of time out there. We saw beautiful sunsets and I could see my teenagers at the pool and on the beach so it was very relaxing not to have to worry about them at all!! The beds were comfy, and the showers were huge! I would definitely recommend. Oh and there is a yummy seafood restaurant right across the street! That was also very good!

Great condo!

Condo was just as listed. Spacious for our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable. Check in process was easy. Helen was great to work with and always available. We heard all good things about her while checking in and would definitely book with her again. We had a great time!

Perfect Condo

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was amazing. It was comfortable and clean. The beds feel like your sleeping on a cloud. The patio was perfectly furnished, and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Everything we needed to have a pleasant stay was available to us.

This condo is our favorite in PCB. Location is close to all the happenings but on the out skirts that’s quieter. Hellen was great to stay in touch with! Beds we’re comfortable, just an all around great facility.

We had a GREAT time! Property is exactly as listed. The property manager (Helen) was super quick to respond & answer a couple of our questions. We normally stay at the Tropic Winds which is comparable to The Emerald Isle. But the EI has better (bigger) parking spots. Speaking of parking...do not leave bikes in the parking garage. Ours were stolen the first night. They cut our bike lock attached to our vehicle on the main garage level, which means they were they were just looking for bikes and thankfully not vandalizing vehicles. This is just an FYI and does not deter us from vacationing here again. Thanks again Helen!

Girl’s trip

So much potential. The cleanliness was less than desired. There was food on the outside tables and chairs and the patio itself. The bed linens were stained and dirty ; therefore the cleaning crew dropped off a new comforter (no blanket) the day of complaint. I dropped something and when I retrieved it from underneath the bed, there was so much dirt and medication tablets. The bath towels were so thin and the rugs were dingy. The attendant that put out the beach chairs was very nice and we didn’t have any problems with parking.

Emerald Isle is really a very nice & clean place to stay on vacation… perfect layout easy access to the beach…. Good parking and very close by to restaurants and Pier Park. I would definitely go again. We stayed on the Fifth floor

Beautiful balcony

Very nicely sized condo with tasteful decorations and comfy beds. Building is a little older but location was great and rooms were large and roomy. Loved our time on the balcony the best. Xlarge TV in living room made movie night fun. Table for game night. Beach chairs with umbrella made beach perfect. Very nice place. Will stay again.

Great location and views of the Gulf

My family and I stayed in the unit over the Fourth of July and had a wonderful time! We liked the large balcony! We were able to sit out on it and watch the fireworks and look at the beautiful blue gulf water. We liked that the bedrooms each had comfortable king size beds! Also, we liked the den sofas and very large TV! We had a great time! Helen was very nice and the only thing I recommended to her was new pots and pans in the kitchen and new shower curtain liners but other than the the place is great!!

Family vacation was very enjoyable at P.C. Beach as always. Condo was very nice.

Renting was easy online. The parking is not ideal if you have a handicapped member in your group unless you are fortunate enough to find a handicap parking spot. Overall very enjoyable.

Great stay!

This place is quite large. The 2 bedrooms were adequate, as well as the bathrooms. The living room furniture was different than pictured, but instead of the sectional, you now get a couch and a love seat with electric recliners and headrests..The balcony is also one of the largest I've stayed at. 4 people could easily stay here without a problem. Right across the street is Mike's restaurant, owned by the same people that run Thomas Donuts. Parking can be tricky, as the main garage is for renters, the upper garage is for owners, and not sure about the lower garage. There is additional parking across the street if need be. I would not hesitate to stay here again...most definitely!

Perfect sister getaway!

Met my sister at Panama Beach and it was the perfect little getaway. Condo had everything we needed! Beds were very comfortable. Sunsets were amazing from the beach and balcony. We had a vehicle issue and asked to stay one more day. The owner Helen was easy to get a hold of and was able to extend our reservation. We would stay there again!
