Prepare anything from your morning coffee to your dinner in your new appliance-equipped kitchen. 1st floor you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On 2nd floor, you will find 2 Master bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a king bed and twin/twin bunk bed. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
**All guests must check in at the front desk to receive the parking pass and armbands for the stay. Parking fees are $37 per vehicle if staying less than 21 days and $40 per vehicle if staying over 21 days. If traveling with a trailer, there is a fee of $100 per parking spot plus the cost of the vehicle. **
Sugar Beach is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach near the peaceful, eastern end of Thomas Drive. Loaded with amenities, the complex offers a gulf-front pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, grilling areas, and a clubhouse! Please note there is no elevator at this property. You’ll be surrounded by local eateries including a short walk to Hammerhead Fred's or Longboards. Also close by is Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Waterpark.
