GORGEOUS, COMPLETELY REMODELED & NEWLY LISTED 3bedroom/ 3bath beach front CONDO. Free beach chairs & umbrella -on the beach service. Free WIFI 2 PRIVATE BALCONIES accessible from all 3 BEDROOMS, living/dining room. FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS, with BREATH-TAKING views from every room. 2 spacious MASTER BEDROOMS w/KING size beds. The 3rd spacious BEDROOM has 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS. All 3 bedrooms, have LARGE PRIVATE BATHROOMS with double sinks, large closets, flat screen tv's, custom bedding and drapery with black out drapes, luxurious bed linens and bath towels. 1 Pack N Play. FULL SIZE WASHER & DRYER. FULL KITCHEN with new stainless steel appliances, ice maker and filtered water, 2 Keurig coffee makers, DVD player, CABLE and WI-FI. If you prefer dinning in, we have a LARGE TABLE with 8 CHAIRS, 3 BAR STOOLS at the kitchen bar, as well as a BALCONY DINNING. A WET and DRY BAR for extra entertaining. This unit is located at the end of the 11th floor, which provides a PRIVATE AREA to keep your "sandy stuff", and avoids unnecessary hallway noise. There are 2 fast moving elevators close by. There's a trash shoot conveniently located on the same floor. Feel free to use any of our beach/pool chairs, shovels & toys provided in the unit. There's also a chair/umbrella rental service, that can have everything set up for you. Situated on the beach, guests can enjoy a full day of swimming in any of the 3 pools, on site water activities, parasailing, jet skiing, beach volleyball, BREATH-TAKING SUNSETS, walks on the beach, endless seashells to find, or drifting off to the sound of ocean waves rolling in.

Beautiful location & access to the beach

The unit had good space for the five of us. Beautiful location with a short elevator ride to the beach. We had a few issues initially but Katie was easy to reach and did her best to take care of everything ASAP. She kept in touch throughout our stay to be sure we were happy.

Wonder Views

The condo was beautiful and clean. The sunset views over the beach were amazing. Katie checked in to see if we needed anything and was very helpful. I would recommend this condo to others. We had a wonderful time.

Exactly as pictured!

I absolutely loved this property! Katie is so sweet and amazing at keeping in touch with you while staying there. She had maintenance fix any issues we had during our stay. The only thing I didn't like is really minor issues. The curtains are the pleat type & hung with the pin hooks & we couldn't get some to open or close & one had one pair was missing some pin hooks. Couldn't close one side of curtains bc it was broke. Afraid we would make it worse. The TV in the spare king room is very small and only one of the remotes worked, but is finicky. These were very minor issues to me & didn't impact my stay at all, but could be quick fixes. Kitchen is really well stocked with eating and cooking kitchen essentials plus some. Stocked with family games and beach toys, umbrella etc. Two beach rental chairs were included, but you need to bring your own foldable beach chairs bc there was only one and it was somewhat rusted. We enjoyed our stay so much that this condo will be at the top of our list from now on. Thank you again Katie for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful vacation!

This was our 2nd time staying in the same condo and working with Katie. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Whenever I reached out to her, the response and resolution was extremely quick, The condo is beautiful and spacious, and the balcony is the best! The entire family was pleased with the accommodations, and I would recommend both the condo and the owner.

Christmas vacation

The unit had great views. And it was clean. Easy to get hold of owners. Only problem we had was almost every time we went to back deck someone near us was smoking pot for the whole week. It was hard to stay out there and smell skunk. Which was a shame because it had a nice view.

Worthy of 5 star rating

Everything was just as shown and stated in the listing. This was our 2nd stay at Long Beach Resort. Last year was a 2 bedroom from another owner, and although it was nice, it was not the cleanest. But we loved the resort itself and took another chance. This 3 BDRM that we rented this year from Katie was exactly what it says it was and was extremely clean and well kept. Katie was a pleasure to work with and made our stay incredible. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Excellent host, excellent condo

This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The photos of the condo/property are very accurate. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Even though it's on the 11th floor, the beach access was only steps away from the elevator. No check- in at front desk and parking passes and arm bands were in the room. Now on to the host....Katie was excellent! She checked in on us several times to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. She was always a text away. Thank you Katie : ) We will definitely be back!

The family had a great time! Close proximity to a lot of fun activities as well as great restaurants. The view from the condo balcony was gorgeous, and the 3 bedrooms gave us all plenty of space. The owner was so helpful! She checked in on us several times throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo.

We have been to long Beach resorts several times now and have always been happy. But this time was different. The room has been upgraded recently and was very nice. Had a great selection of games for the kids and plenty of plates and dishes for all of us. The property manager Katie contacted us before our trip to see if we needed anything before our arrival and kept invoice the day of our arrival and checked in several times during our stay. We would definitely rent this condo again

What a wonderful week!!!

Our family of 8 just returned from a week at Katie’s beautiful condo. It was our first time to FL all together. The condo is a 3min drive to Walmart from the security-gated parking lot and we piled up on food since Storm Fred was coming in. The condo was a perfect and comfortable way to have easy meals and to cook, play games, and get good rest after long beach days and late nights. Our favorite parts were having coffee on the shaded balcony and watching the sunsets at night, and the proximity to the beach. We went back & forth multiple times a day to boogie board, walk, and look for crabs, and the access was right off of the elevator. During our stay, we enjoyed parasailing, the dolphin tour at Shell Island, deep sea fishing, eating at Paparazzis (the Land Lover pizza and Italian desserts were delicious and John and his staff are so personable!), and mostly playing at the beach and pools. We didn’t realize how convenient it was to have such a well-stocked kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, and a washer & dryer (especially for wet suits & towels). It was an incredible vacation for our family, both restful and busy. Thank you, Katie for being so hospitable and making it easy to communicate with you. God bless you!
