DETAILS: The carriage house at Mozell Cottage is the perfect option for guests looking for a quiet getaway. The beautifully designed condo can sleep 4 guests comfortably. Beautifully decorated with modern and sophisticated artwork, this carriage house has a living room with a full sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony overlooking the courtyard, a dining table, and a kitchen with full-size, stainless steel appliances. There is also a bedroom with a king bed, additional flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sip coffee on the porch in the morning before taking a peaceful stroll to the beach or the Rosemary farmer's market held every Sunday morning.

This was an ideal location with such easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants — just wonderful. The check in process with super easy with great communication with property management, and the property was very clean. The only drawback is that I was not expecting how sparsely appointed the house would be. No beach towels, no plastic ware for beach drinks, no cooking basics. The bed is also pretty squeaky and the bedroom door sticks. But overall it was a great value and I’d go back a little better prepared.

This has been our 4th time to Rosemary and it never disappoints! The management company was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. I wish there was a book at the house with instruction like the code to rent beach chairs, how to access beach, ect! There was also no beach towels provided which was a bummer. Place was cute but felt smaller than it looked. Great location and bed was big and comfy! Having access to bikes was also a great plus for us.

The listing did not tell us there was a washer and dryer. We brought extra clothes because we didn’t think there was a washer and dryer. It was a nice surprise that we could do our laundry. There was a skillet. That was fine but we were going to make spaghetti one night and there was nothing to boil noodles in. The kitchen supplies were minimal. The walk to the beach was perfect. It was a short walk that we could go back to the house for lunch. We loved being in the middle of Rosemary and Seacrest beach.

Excellent location.

You simply cannot beat the location. The beach is absolutely incredible. The rental was perfect in every way, bed could be a little comfier, but other than that, it was a great rental for us.

Very Cozy

The bed was very comfortable and the place was spacious. I loved it was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The beach was a short skip out the door.

Excellent property!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this excellent property! The carriage house was very clean, in a great location, and well maintained. We also loved being able to park in the adjacent garage - it was very convenient! Would highly recommend for couples and small families!
