We’re located in Laguna Beach where the beach remains untouched. Come prepared to make wonderful memories! Bring your toothbrush and clothes and we’ll do the rest – vacation: simplified!

Whether you’re upstairs in the sleeping loft, down in the living room and kitchen or relaxing on the balcony, you can’t help but get lost in the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Our comfortable furnishings and our newly updated interior pair perfectly to create a quiet, cozy beach retreat for you and your family.

The property is within a short drive of excellent restaurants, shopping establishments and grocery stores. If you need a break from fun in the sun and white sand, Gulf World Marine Park, Panama City Beach Winery, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are all within minutes of our front door.

We’re here to help answer any questions you may have – from planning your trip through the end of your vacation. We knew that Emerald Shores 3003 was special the first time we visited – and when we came across this property, we knew we had found a true piece of paradise. We look forward to sharing our PCB treasure (our home) with you and your family. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your vacation is one to be remembered!

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):
• Master bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to the downstairs full bathroom
• The Loft offers a queen-size bed, day bed (twin size) along with a trundle (twin) and access to its own full bathroom

Perfect for a family vacation. This condo is right across the road from the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can see dolphins swimming most mornings. It has everything you need. It is also a very clean condo. Beds are comfortable. We will for sure book again. Host also seems very friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect PCB / Laguna Beach stay!

I have been staying in this building for over 20 years. This unit is by far the nicest I've ever seen. It will be my go-to for years to come. It was even nicer in person than in the pictures; the images are fantastic. It has everything you need. Next door to Carousel Grocery and Thomas Donuts is the icing on the cake. A few steps across the street, and your feet are in the sand. Perfect for couples, families, and friends. My daughter and I have come here since she was 1. This trip, she was 21, and she said it was her favorite unit we've ever rented. The decor is perfect, and it's updated and clean! 10 STARS!!!!!!

Spring Break 2025

We had such a wonderful stay!! The condo was just as described. It was clean, had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of six. The location was perfect! The whole process was easy and the host was great at communicating. We will definitely be back!!

The Sunsets are so Beautiful

The name says it all, Laguna Sunset has incredible sunsets! The property is well stocked; we prepared many wonderful meals together. There are also a ton of board games. Our family enjoyed playing games (battleship) while overlooking the beautiful gulf. The beds were so comfortable. We had a ton of space to stretch out. Joe was super easy to communicate with. The property was very clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much, that we have already booked our next stay!
