Great location & perfect for our little family

The location is great. Right across the road from the beach & right across the road from grocery store. The door code provided didn’t work, but was quickly resolved with a 2 minute phone call. Great response time/customer service. The only negative thing I have to say is the master bedroom could use some blackout curtains. It is so bright in there at night. Other than that, we had zero complaints. It was close to everything you could possibly need. Beds slept great. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again!

Morning coffee with view

Plenty of space for small family. Grocery store right next door. Beach across street, it is beautiful. Pool was freezing cold but kids didnt mind.

Labor Day Stay

It was a wonderful stay. The views were great and the condo was so comfortable. And the Carousel is right next door. We have stayed in this unit before and we love it!!!!

Great location, very clean and comfortable

We loved our stay here. Communication with the property manager was great. Loved having the grocery / liquor store right next door. We ordered chair / umbrella service from Surf and Sun Recreation and they were great to deal with as well. We’ve stayed all up and down the Florida gulf coast and we really love the Laguna Beach area. If you’re looking to get away from the high rises and crowds this is the place. The only knock is that the cookware could use an update and the shower drains slowly. Other than that it’s great. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great location, kitchen could use new cookware.

The outside of the building looks pretty rough, could use some cleaning. We could hear the sliding door above our room open and shut every time. It was very loud. We also could not use any of the pots and pans in the kitchen, they all had been burned and had black flaking off the bottom.

This property has become our go to for our yearly vacation. It has everything we need plus the grocery store next door makes it complete offering. The only thing that would make it better would be if I could live there full-time. LOL

Great location for young and old

I traveled with my 94 year old mother and my 11 year old son, so I can honestly say this location worked for everyone. My mother enjoyed having the option of looking out the window and being able to see the ocean and beach over the dunes from the living area of this condo. The next-door grocery was super convenient. There is a crosswalk right across from the unit so it makes crossing the street to the beach super easy and fast. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet at night, really the entire the time we were there. We did not stay on the weekend, only the weekdays. I would definitely stay in this beach rental again.

Emerald Shores

Great location with the Gulf across the street and Carousel Market across the other. Maybe more preventative measures for ants, or have products needed available. And instructions on how to use the TV’s - bedroom tv worked differently than the LR room tv which was difficult. Liked the layout of the condo that could sleep up to 7. Kids would love the built in bunk beds.

Beautiful Beach View

We arrived 30 minutes prior to check-in, so called the property manager. She was very kind and immediately got me a new code with which to enter the condo. We had a slight problem with getting the TV to work and also the drain in the sink. I called, the property manager tried to troubleshoot, and when that didn't work, she had someone over there within the hour to fix both. Very efficient service. The property was clean, however, a bit dated in the bathroom. Overall, however, the property was clean and as described . The Carousel grocery store/gift shop is located across the street and has anything and everything you could need at very reasonable prices. The view of the beach is beautiful, and very easily accessed with just a few steps across the street. This is not my first stay at this property, and I will be back, as I like the area, the more quiet end of the beach, and the convenience of being able to get whatever I need right next door.

Prime location and property layout

We absolutely loved our stay at Laguna Beach's Emerald Shore property! It was right next to our favorite local grocery store and right across the street from the beach. You can't beat the convenience! Perfect size property for 4 guests. Open kitchen and living room with two bathrooms.

Great location

The pros of this property is location, location, location. You are right across the street from the beach. You are right across the street from a local grocery(The Carousel). There isn't any noise or busy streets on that end of Panama City Beach, and there isn't a whole lot of condos like the high rises. The property managers were great at letting us know when we could access the condo. It was very easy to use the key pads. The cons were the condo was not as clean to my standards. There was trash under the bed in the master bedroom. There was hair in the bathtub so it was clogged on our first shower, but we cleaned that ourselves. There was a vacuum cleaner to clean up the sand, I assume, which did not work as well as we had hoped. We just borrowed a broom from the neighbor every couple of days. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this location again.

Fantastic location!

We had a wonderful, relaxing girls trip. The property location is amazing, next to the Carousel store so grabbing groceries and any forgotten essentials was extremely convenient. Sitting on the patio you get to enjoy a beautiful view of the beach; it’s the perfect place to enjoy sunrise or sunset coffee. And due to being able to see the beach and parking area we were able to determine the perfect times to walk over and enjoy the gulf when the beach wasn’t too crowded. The unit itself was clean and well equipped. Even though it is a smallish 1 bedroom, it slept 4 of us comfortably and when local friends stopped by to visit we still had plenty of room to sit and talk and not feel like we were all crammed together. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future visits!

Horrible

I specifically asked several weeks before my reservation if the properties construction would be finished. I saw a review online & that’s how I became aware of the construction. I was assured it would be finished. We get a call at about 5:30 the Friday before our check in that it was still under construction. This left me no choice but to agree to another property because everything was booked. The property we originally reserved had a pool & you could see the beach from the condo. The new place no pool & no view of the beach. And had to walk down the road for the beach access. By seeing the construction as we were in Panama it was obvious that it was not going to be done anytime soon & we sould have been contacted sooner. We checked in after 5:30 on Sunday. On Monday less than 24hrs of being there we are taking a shower & the downstairs toilet starts overflowing all over the kitchen. Maintenance came as soon as he got there is was rude right away. And he actually insinuated that we did it. While we still basically had all the supplied toilet paper in the bathrooms & have been there less than 24hrs. As he was in the backyard he attempted to unstop the back up. We were planning to grill, however when he put crap in the yard btw that wasn’t ours & left it we could no longer do that. The next day a company came out & pumped the septic tank & they said that it was obvious that someone had been putting grease down sink & clogged everything. Next day on Wednesday someone was taking a shower and the ceiling downstairs starts leaking water onto my son as we are eating dinner. Maintenance the next day and fixed it. At this point I was furious left a voicemail at the office and never received call back. To them this property was an upgrade. I would have rather had one less of a bedroom or bathroom than to have to deal with maintenance & other companies coming in while I’m trying to relax on vacation. This took time from our vacation because of plumbers & septic companies coming in. I am aware this was a new property for the company but it was obvious that the plumbing had major issues.
