Welcome to Emerald Palms, a stunning, newly constructed vacation home in Inlet Beach with breathtaking Gulf views. This luxurious property comfortably sleeps 28 guests across three spacious floors. Highlights include a private, resort-style pool and spa (with heating available), an elevator for convenience, a 6-seater golf cart, and six adult bicycles. Enjoy complimentary beach setups from March to October, and relax on expansive balconies with sweeping views. Located just a short walk from the beach, Emerald Palms offers the perfect blend of elegance and coastal charm for large gatherings.

The sleeping arrangements at Emerald Palms are designed to offer comfort and luxury for large groups. On the 1st floor, you'll find a Queen over Queen bunk and a Twin over Twin bunk, ideal for younger guests, along with a cozy Junior King suite featuring a private bathroom. The 2nd floor includes another Junior King suite and a Queen over Queen bunk room, perfect for extra flexibility. The 3rd floor is highlighted by a luxurious King master suite with a separate shower and tub, accompanied by two more King rooms, each with their own Twin over Twin bunks. Together, these arrangements ensure ample space and privacy for up to 28 guests.

This property does not disappoint. The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully packed with all that our family needed. We had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad and Good

Home was beautiful and rooms for everyone except for the bunk room it was a damp smell and floor had a damp look to it, the 2 younger boys had to sleep in mom's bunk room. The spa never got hot or even warm which we looked forward to. Over all gulf cart, pool, walking to beach was a hit. The management team were always helpful

House was lovely and accommodating to our large family. The elevator served my elderly mother well. We paid extra to have the pool heated as it was too cold to enjoy otherwise. Bring your own beach chairs. The management company only provides one set.

Great location!

Our stay was interrupted by the main refrigerator not working and the main oven breaking the first night where we could not use it the rest of the vacation. The manager was able to get us a second refrigerator by Wednesday to try to save our food. We needed 2 from the beginning of the vacation to accommodate our party of 17's food for the week. Those were the only hiccup's we experienced. Besides that, the house is perfect for a large crowd. We had a one year and three year old and putting them on the 3rd floor was sound proof from the other floors for sleeping at night. The pool area is fabulous, there is a ping pong table but there were no paddles or balls provided. The kitchen is large and the two large tables was perfect for seating so many. There are 3 living areas to accommodate getting away from people when you need to or the younger kids hanging out in a different area. There are also 3 different outside seating offerings which was nice. The only TV that didn't work was the one facing the pool. Otherwise there are TV's everywhere for viewing different things. It is a short walk to the beach and we used the golf cart for dropping off and picking up! We would stay here again if the appliance issues were worked out. We had a great week!

A rental that should cost 5k/week

This first issue will eventually resolve, but this property and whole court is a very active construction zone, with cranes, roof trusses swinging overhead, nail guns going from before 7am and all day, loud music from the construction workers, piles of lumber and construction vehicles blocking the driveway, and dirt and dust everywhere. But the fact that the owners and echelon would rent this place for 21k/week knowing this? That won’t change. House is very uncomfortably furnished (bring your own blankets, beach and pool towels, pot holders, internet, cell signal booster, and chairs if you need a comfortable place to sit). To use the hot tub, you must email the company and ask them to heat it - but if it’s outside business hours, it may be heated the next business day. (Controls, like internet router, are locked and inaccessible to guests). Appliances are frustrating - dryers don’t work at all, washers barely work, dishwashers barely work.

Swanky accommodation, will re-book next year

Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, this property checked all of the boxes for our large family. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart with frequent trips to Kilwins Ice Cream at Rosemary and George’s restaurant at Alys beach (accessible by way of neighborhood streets without crossing major highways) as well as easy access to beach within walkable distance from the home. The hot tub was a surprise hit with the kids and was meticulously maintained throughout our stay by the pool maintenance service. The property management representative was responsive to our inquiries and has nothing more to manage because we were so exceedingly pleased with everything about our stay. We plan to make this our regular spring break vacation home.
