"Rhapsody In Blue" is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in the beautiful community of Seacrest, along scenic Florida County Highway 30A. Built in 2006, a complete home renovation was completed in February, 2019. The new décor features fresh colors, refinished wood floors on all three levels, new kitchen cabinets, Quartz countertops and all new appliances. Immediately past the front door is a large, open den and dining area. The vintage wooden dining table can seat up to ten. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a large island that offers bar seating for four. The main level bedroom includes a king size bed and convenient private full bathroom. The rear bedroom doors open to a spacious wood deck with a private outside shower to wash off sand from a great beach experience! The spacious second floor features a large master bedroom suite with sitting area. Within the master bathroom is a newly-tiled walk-in shower with frameless door and a large free-standing soaking tub.
Close to the master suite is a third bedroom featuring three unique bunks. The fourth bedroom with queen size bedding and full walk-in closet shares that bathroom with the third. Recently added is a large love seat swing to the back balcony. Great for napping or just reading a book. The third floor is a loft that is perfect for hanging out. There is a large sectional sleeper sofa, television, and gaming system. Another set of doors open to a nice open balcony suited to relaxing and watching the sunset!
Within easy walking distance of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, the Seacrest community features the largest tropical lagoon pool on 30A. New features are being added to the pool area, including enhanced greenways and pool cafe with food and drinks.
We promise that a stay in “Rhapsody In Blue” will be a big part of your quintessential 30A vacation experience!

Our housekeeper takes her time and uses the majority of the 6 hours between guests. Since this is a second home and not just a rental, we come frequently to make sure everything is in working order and well stocked. We are also love helping with dining, rental and entertainment suggestions.

We loved Rhapsody in Blue! Frances was so helpful and accommodating. The house was meticulous and had everything we needed (full kitchen, laundry, air conditioning.) There is grocery delivery near the area (Publix). We also had bicycles delivered to the house and it was easy and quick. We had 2 families in the house (2 college aged kids, 2 high school aged kids) and there was plenty to do. The house is located walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and we walked to the main pool area and took a tram to the beach most days. The beach area can get a bit crowded. Perfect house for sitting on the porch and enjoying your morning coffee. The house is on a quieter part of the beach community and we thought it was perfect.

Wonderful home!

We have been coming to Rosemary 5 years in a row and have rented different homes and condos. This home is by far the #1 and plan to stay here again! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and every detail was thoughtful. The owner was kind and prompt. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

One of our favorite VRBOs yet!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely and beautifully decorated. It had plenty of room for my husband, myself and four teenage girls. The beds are top notch. And the master suite is gorgeous. We made dinner twice and the kitchen had every gadget you could think of, The house is situated toward the back of Seacrest, which made it a little quieter. And dear Frances, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. The drawbacks for us had nothing to do with the house. The resort was crowded, even though we came after Spring Break. The allocation of beach for Seacrest guests was laughable. We were all packed in like sardines. (Frances suggested the public beach which tends to be less crowded but we didn’t want to have to get in our car). And the pool got very busy. In the afternoons it was hard to find an empty lounge chair. But every vacation has its pros and cons. And we would absolutely come here again, so long as we get to stay in this house.

Wonderful week

We stayed a week here in July. Great location and be sure to use the nature trail shortcut on bikes. Home was very clean, well stocked, great linens and high quality furniture etc. Great cold AC! Owner very friendly and accommodating. Home is a short bike ride to Alys or Rosemary and a quick walk to the town center for groceries, bikes, drinks. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Spring break for high school junior girls

The property was wonderful! So very clean and everything you need in the cabinets- no having to run to the store for aluminum foil or spices- so nice! Plenty of room. The middle floor back balcony was a favorite of the girls. Plenty of space and so convenient to everything! Top of the line appliances, furniture and bedding. Loved it all. Very nice host, couldn’t have been any better!

Cleanest home ever!

This home was the cleanest we have rented in the 5 years of renting in the community. It was well stocked and the furnishings were great. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this home. The communication was top notch and the location was perfect to get to the circle for Live music and food. We would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful Property

There's one word to describe "Rhapsody in Blue" - WONDERFUL! The house was beautiful, well supplied, clean and updated. Our host, Frances was available to help us with any questions and concerns we had during our stay. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

October trip

The home was very clean and well stocked! The homeowner was wonderful from the time of booking until after checkout. We were within a short walk to everything which was great. Only negative was that seacrest beach was so packed that we had to drive to Inlet beach everyday. It was much bigger and less crowded but if we didn’t get there before 11am, there was no parking and we had to keep checking back which was frustrating. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

The perfect choice!

I am a researcher and looked at many, many places. I couldn't have settled on a more perfect place. Frances what so accommodating in getting our dates to work and was readily available through a text or phone call for any questions I had. The home is beautifully decorated, so very comfortable (no expense spared, only the best beds, linens, etc.) and had anything and everything you would need including a kitchen stocked with as many cooking utensils as I have at my own home. All those 5 star reviews I read didn't lie. Just go ahead and reserve this place. You won't be sorry!

Wonderful beach house

We loved our trip to Seacrest. The home was spotless, the location was perfect. We were able to walk/ride bikes to several of the surrounding beach towns and explore. The home was fully stocked. Owner was easy to get a hold of, very responsive and great. I would stay here again if we go back to Seacrest.

Great Rental

This house is updated, fresh and in a fantastic location. We travelled with 2 families. The kids loved the front porch swing and bunk beds. The adults loved the 2 king bedrooms. The property owner was easily contacted for local recommendations and anything else we needed.

Perfect Home and Perfect Location

This property was everything we needed. A room and a bathroom on the bottom floor for my mom was a necessity. It is clean, equipped with all the every day amenities. My mother is an interior designer and the home is exquisitely decorated. It felt like home and was perfectly located to the beach and pool. We will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Home - Great Location - Fantastic Vacation

This property is absolutely amazing! Felt like home away from home. It was perfect for 2 families and the location close to 30A is wonderful. You have the best of both worlds, close to the beach and swimming pool. Frances is the best owner, excellent communicator, and fantastic host.
